 + 5 moreSteve and his crew, most notably Adolfo and Rolando, did an excellent job with good communication every day. The dry wall job was especially done in a careful manner; I was concerned that dust would get everywhere in my newly cleaned & painted house but they contained it well. All workers were very pleasant and easy to work with, going above and beyond to be helpful. Steve gave excellent advice, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge about home construction. He was very present supervising the job and ensured everything was done at the quick pace I needed to prepare it for sale. Any concerns I expressed were addressed.
Description of Work: Replaced leaking window after removing exterior wall, requiring scaffolding, to diagnosis the source of the leak (advice: do not install retrofit windows!), replaced tar paper, fascia boards and stucco, dry-walled & painted the inside around the window, put in railing on deck, built wood gate, filled hole in street with cement, replaced the pool heater, and some other small jobs around the house.
