The day after we got the keys to our new condo, Mark Sperling had a team ready to lay our berber carpeting. We have LOTS of stairs, and they did a beautiful job of tucking everything down tight. The day after that, 2 guys came to install the carbonized bamboo. That took about 3 days (we have a big space, and they had to remove wrought iron grillwork, etc) Did a great job. The bamboo and carpeting are both beautiful, and Mark Sperling was very patient with us as we contemplated which flooring would be best for us (and changed our mind a few times). We are VERY happy with the floors and carpet. The price was great and the service was exceptionally good. Mark even gave us lots of carpet samples to test out on our cats, to see which kinds were resistant to cat scratching. (And yes, folks, there is carpeting that is virtually cat-proof.) He also gave us a big roll of sticky tape to protect the new carpeting from the movers (we have lots of heavy bookcases)

We were impressed at how knowledgeable Mark Sperling was; he  seems to know everything about every flooring product ever made, and he certainly helped us find exactly what we wanted and needed.  If/when we ever change the carpet or flooring, we'll go back to Mark Sperling at Carpet Showcase. We couldn't have been happier with our experience there. We're recommending them to all our friends and family.

I think he did a competent job.  I think it was the owner who came to measure, he came when he said he would.  The whole experience was efficient.

We had just bought a house and started some renovation immediately. Wanted to get the carpet ready at a minimum before we moved in. Found Sperling (the store is actually called Carpet Showcase) through Angie's list and went and visited the store the weekend before we needed it. Mark Sperling was very helpful. We were looking for one type of carpet. He showed us what we wanted but then suggested a remnent that might work but at a much cheaper price. we took a sample of the remnant home and liked it. Called Mark and the next day(Sunday) he was out taking measurements, scheduled our installation for 4 days later to coordinate with my schedule. Roberto and his crew showed up at 8:30 in the morning as promised and was done just a bit after noon. I had plenty of time to put down covering the rest of the day in preparation for our move the next day. Our office was left undone as we were using it for storage and there was a gentlemen's agreement that they would come back and do the small offfice. Fastforward 5 months later, i went to see Mark in the office. I had expected him not to remember me but he knew exactly who I was. And before I tell him what I went to see him for, he says " so are you ready?" The guys were out that weekend, and did the office within 30 min. This is after i had pay him the whole job back in May and had no leverage of getting him back. As it turns out, I didn't need it, Mark keeps his word. I have to admit, we ran into some pretty frightening reviews, after we had given a deposit, on google that made us apprehensive. However, our experience turned out extremely pleasant and completely opposite of those reviews. I would go back again and recommend anyone to go there.

They did a very good job. They have a large selection to choose from. They gave me an estimate and stay within that estimate. They were reliable and knowledgeable.

My building is a high rise condominium with many restrictions regarding workmen. The first time Sperling attempted to install the carpeting it was raining and the condo board president wouldn't allow the installers to use any indoor space to cut the carpeting so it was necessary for them to return another day. Sperling employees were courteous and agreed to return for no extra charge. They removed and replaced all the furniture and electronic equipment and did an excellent job installing the carpeting and cleaning up.

I had the chance to meet the owner and he was very helpful. He let me take home samples of carpet. They were very clean and they vacuumed the floor as the moved the furniture around. They were also very straightforward.
