SCHMITZ LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

on the last visit the crew threw all the garbage behind a gate. i said
no more services, but was continuously being billed. I just received
another bill and it is now 2014. i will have to go to small claims court
to settle this.

I hired this company to do weekly full  maintenance. He missed the week he was suppose to start. Never called or returned my 3 calls. Finally showed up the next week. The "crew" were lazy and mowed and blowed (even did that slip shod). The owner was not with them to oversee. Left weeds and debris all over. Only had them do the yard 1 week, that was enough for me.

We have many vines and small flowers. We asked they cut the vines by hand every week. The first few weeks were fine, but then they started forgetting certain parts or vines. The vines were completely overgrown. We took pictures and sent them to them and explained that we would take $100 off our monthly charge since not everything was done. He has continually tried to collect that $100 but we will not pay since the work wasn't done properly.

The yard cleanup went well.  He pulled an estimate out of the air, which worried me a bit, but the end number sounded fair.
I had a need to put in bricks to buffer my garden.  He pulled another number out of the air, and it was just silly.  I did the work myself.
I agreed to have him do weekly yard maintenance.  We agreed on $105/mo.  The first bill showed up as $131.  He tried to charge me for gas without getting my prior agreement.  I called him immediately, saying the $115 wasn't what we agreed to, and we never discussed the gas.  He wanted to debate the gas with me.  I told him I would pay the bill for $131 but that would be the end, or he could take off the gas charge.  He agreed to drop it.
The next invoice showed up for $131/month.  I sent a check for what I actually owed and a note to not come back.
Terribly unprofessional.
