The floor appeared to turn out nicely at first, but the job wasn't completed. His workers did not properly seal my floor. They only did one coat and left before it even dried. It needed another coat or 2. I knew it wasn't sealed because if you spilled water on the floor the floor absorbed it. I called Ron and told him, but he refused to have them come back and finish the job. Unfortunately, I had already paid him the full amount--I paid in the full before his workers even finished my floors. He wouldn't send his workers back to fix it, rather he said he could send his son over but I would have to pay another $200 or so which is ridiculous considering it was part of the job I paid for! I called him a few times after with questions about the floor (it cracked, it wasn't sealed so it was absorbing dirt and I needed to know how to clean it, etc) and to see what could be done about sealing the floor---which was part of what I paid $6400 for--but he would not return my calls.

In a matter of a only a few weeks, the floor started getting deep scratches-even though we barely walked on it.  It started to get ground down in places and showed dark patches.  I called numerous concrete experts to get estimates on how to fix it, but no one wanted to touch the job.  The general consensus was that I needed to have a concrete overlay put on top to fix the appearance of the floor I JUST had poured!  And at a cost of a few thousand dollars.  A year later, I am still dealing with this nightmare.  Everyone that comes in asks what I plan to do with the floor thinking it isn't finished yet.

If you have any problems or questions don't expect to ever hear from again. Once he has cashed the check he is done with you. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the floor, even though I already paid him for that. It isn't right. I would not recommend him.

Excellent -- I have already reported this job once, with complete details and pictures. (It would be nice to have room for more pictures, I only showed one of the two slabs he did.)

Called for estimate - Ron was prompt and explained the options clearly. The job was agreed to and scheduled. The crew was VERY professional and clean and did beautiful work. We'd hire them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

The job went very well and quicker than what I anticipated. It appears the slow down in the economy (new home construction) assists in acceleration of getting work started and completed.

Ron arrived to do estimate on time. After agreeing to have work done a work date was given to start. The job was started on time and completed in three working days, from start to finish. I was very pleased with the work.
