What can I say..  Todd is the owner/operator and Eric are the most professional, top quality, exceptional craftsman.  They do everything;, from dismantling and removing the old air/heating unit, to installing the new units, insulating the pipes, custom fit sheet metal and electrical.  They are efficient, they listened to my concerns and explained and answered questions. Their cost is reasonable and their work is guaranteed.  Highly recommended   Thank you gentlemen..Very happy

In the middle of a heat wave, our air conditioner stopped working. We called Quality Indoor Air and made an appointment for the following evening. Todd called to say he could arrive a little earlier than scheduled which was great. He quickly identified the problem, had the necessary replacement part in his truck, and in less than an hour our house was once again cool. We really appreciated everything about the service particularly Todd's honesty. He could have told us we needed a new motor or other more extensive work, as many unscrupulous companies do. We will definitely call Todd again in the future.

Todd is excellent in his work and his professionalism. His prices are excellent and he is dependable. I will continue to use Todd for all my rentals. I had him service a home and guest unit in Hollywood Hills back in July 2010. he throughly check everything, added freon that was needed and vacumed the filters out. Showed me that I will need to replace the filters soon but it wasn't necessary at that time. Todd doesn't change things to just to charge you. He is honest in his repairs. His full replacement cost are very competitive and repairs are very resonable and honest considering other heating and a/c companies had quoted me a lot higher price. There are so far only two people I trust most and only use without me having to be there. Todd, Quality Indoor Air, and my Chimney guy. I really don't like sharing, I like to keep them to myself.
