Jesse from Pronto Heating and A/C Did a terrific job. He was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He definitely went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I'm going to ask for him next time. The price for the tune ups was a spring special and very reasonable. The coolant that was added was quite expensive, but that was because the government is phasing it out by 2020. The telephone staff was also very kind and helpful.
