glass repair, replacement windows
 + 0 moreMy husband and I needed two broken window panes repaired. We were treated courteously from the moment we phoned the company. After providing the window measurements, we were given an exact estimate. And we were even given a prompt service date. The worker (Torrey) arrived precisely on time! Even though the molding around our window panes was quite old, the original estimate did not change. Instead of being "sold a bill of goods" about how "such old windows could not be repaired and had to be replaced", Torrey solved the problem easily by using the tools at hand. He worked efficiently and well, and even cleaned up after the job was done (no shards of glass left anywhere in sight). We were very impressed! I highly recommend this company. It's hard to find such trustworthy, great workers as the people at Precision Glass & Windows.
Description of Work: Two broken window panes (with large holes in them) were fixed by the company. The old glass panes were removed and replaced with intact glass. The representative on the telephone had been told that we needed an estimate on how much it would cost to have the panes repaired. We made it clear that we did not want to replace entire windows (just panes only), as one was a picture window that we knew would cost a lot to replace. We were given a precise estimate that never wavered. And the work was successfully completed.
