At Posh Flooring, we have one of the Finest-Quality Hardwood Floor Installation in the entire Los Angeles County. Installing hardwood floors is an arduous, meticulous and precise work. However, the benefits derived are certainly worth the hard labor and love we invest into each and every project. Proper floor installation requires more skill and experience than most people fathom. For example the following questions must be answered and considered before we begin our installation: a.What environmental factors (humidity, weather and temperature) will the floor be subjected to? b.Where is the placement for the project at hand (Interior or exterior application)? c.What type of foundation will it be placed upon? d.What type and grade of material would it work with the selected material and project? At POSH FLOORING, all of our installers regularly attend flooring seminars and are highly trained to answer all of your concerns and accommodate all of your flooring needs. Ron and his team were very professional, they showed up on time everyday, cleaned up every afternoon/evening, and most importantly the floor looks amazing.
I didn't have to hold anyone's hand, Ron walked me through all the options on direction, placement, molding, base shoe, stair nose etc. Once we had a plan of attack the only time he had a question was when a surprise occurred due to the previous buildiers. The stairs don't creak in the slightest even after 2 months of heavy use (with a kitchen being put in) and Ron has even offered to help us maintain the floor once a year to help with scratches and or wear. He helped find a solution to a problem that I couldn't figure out in another part of the home improvement, and possibly the best thing he did was the wood feature wall in the kitchen. My father-in law is a developer of office buildings and even he was impressed with the quality of the work (he's hard to please).
I highly recommend Posh Flooring from the bottom of my heart, it was a pleasure to work with Ron, and I honestly wish all other contractors were as friendly, honest, and fun to work with. The only bad part about working with them was that they finished, and I don't get to see them anymore.
