PASSION NAIL SALON

I had an excellent experience and I go back all the time. I went two times ago then I went then, and then I will be going again next week. The place is very friendly and you can usually get in. They are really very accommodating to whatever you want. So far, I had a nice job and I had different people and I had not had a bad job. It is clean.

My daughter and I have been going to Passion Nails for over five years. Usually we receive great service and the quality of the manicure/pedicures are very good. Unfortunately, that has not been the case lately. And, while I do like the owner, Tony very much, I have noticed over the years that when I receive a manicure from him, the quality is not good. Lately, he is doing all of my manicures. Since he's the owner, it's just hard for me to tell him or Candy that I would rather have someone else. The issue is that he's just preoccupied running his business. You can't blame him. That should be his priority. And having said that, I would like to so that is what he needs to focus on, running the business, because it's difficult to provide quality service to your customers and be on the phone and make sure customers are at the chairs and that the manicurists are doing their jobs - all while you're doing a manicure at the same time.
If I come back, it will only be for a pedicure.

Just moved to LA. Tried a number of local shops before finding Passion Nails. Very professional shop. Their fills look fantastic. Very organized. Never need to wait more than a few minutes.

I've been going to Passion Nails for atleast five years now. I've visited other nail salons, but none can compare to this one in my experience. Candy and Tony are the owners and they have always been so gracious and helpful- as well as sending me home with beautiful and clean nails! Every time I have been to Passion Nails, I have left pleased and pretty. I have probably had services done by every employee here. The salon is clean, decorated and a very nice enviroment to be in.
