These guys are honest, hardworking and amazing!!! My computer problem was extremely difficult to diagnose. These are the only people who could figure it out and repair it. I am extremely grateful and definitely won't go anywhere else.

It went fine, my PC is working. I drove it out to his shop and the guy was courteous enough. At first, I went to pick up the computer but it was still having the same problems, or it was shutting off and not turning back on. We took it back to him and he looked at it again; it has been working fine since then. He did not charge us anything else. He was knowledgeable and I trusted him. The work was done promptly.

The hard drive on my work computer was making noise and it was only a matter of time before it crashed. I called Ed of Overnight PC Repair on 3/11/13 and made an appointment to bring my computer in for a new hard drive install and program and data transfer to it. I bought a hard drive and brought it all into his office at 10:00 a.m. on 3/13/13. My computer was ready for pick up at 3:30 p.m. The installation and information transfer went perfectly and I was back at my office by 4:00 p.m. up and running better than when the computer was new. I did not have to re-install any of the programs and I did not lose any data. I consider it money well spent. I would recommend Ed of Overnight PC without reservation. If I have any computer problems in the future, Ed will be the person I call.

Our home computer would not connect to the internet. We went online and found Overnight PC Repair through Angie's List.
After reading all of the great reviews that were posted we took our computer to Ed. He diagnosed the problem right away, even offered to fix it right in front of us. We took it in on a Saturday and it was done by Monday just like he said it would be.

I called him and he came the day before Thanksgiving drove 45 minutes to get to me, never complained about the Thanksgiving traffic
he had to drive in, it took him longer than anticipated to detect and solve the issues with my computer when he did, he explained in great detail the computer issues. He talked a little about his family I paid him and he left.

IAfter seeing the positive reviews here, I brought my machine to Ed. Not only was he very friendly, he explained what had to be done in a way that I could understand (I'm not a very technical person). I had gotten other estimates from the big box stores for 200-300 dollars but Ed explained that all I needed was a new case bottom and then to reassemble the computer. In fact, most of the time involved fixing this laptop had to do with how many screws and parts needed to be disassembled to actually get to what needed to be fixed. He was able to obtain the case bottom within a few days and fixed my machine so that it is good as new. Ed is the best!! and I thank him for his great work and attitude.

My son's complex Alienware desktop that is also used as a gaming computer would not access most of his programs. A previous computer repair company hired by us (but now shut down) said the computer was infected with a virus and needed to be wiped clean, with Windows and all other (28 programs) re-installed.
Ed was able to come over the day I was available, found the viruses and trojans, repaired the system, got all programs to run again and was able to have the computer shut down on command, something the other computer company said was impossible.
Ed was prompt, professional and efficient. He honored the Angie's List coupon, too.
We will be hiring Ed again soon to clean up our two laptops which are slow running and have some connection problems.

It all went well and since it's a one man shop you get good prices and service and the owner is a knows what he is doing when it comes to computers and a seems like a good honest guy.

Ed did all of this computer service within 24 hours. He was so helpful and spent time generously making certain that everything we wanted was downloaded and all systems worked together. We brought our computer to his office yesterday afternoon and took it home last night. Ed then was able to assist our reconnecting the laptop and downloading the printer and scanner software and internet remotely. Ed saved our computer and our sanity!!

Ed was very professional and prompt in dealing with my problem. When the first attempt to resolve the computer issue did not completely work, he immediately went to the next step, which was to re-load the operating system at no additional charge.I really appreciate working with people who honor their commitment to do what is necessary to complete the job to your satisfaction. The technician was punctual and his fee was reasonable. He completed his work fairly quickly and was able to answer questions to our satisfaction. We would definitely use this company again and would also recommend it to others.

Ed responded immediately. He picked up my computer within 30 minutes of our call. He dropped it off when he said it would be ready. We had a few more problems and he rushed back over to pick up the computer and he kept it a few days to trouble shoot any issues. My computer was hanging up on start up. I tried everything I could think of. Called Overnight PC Repair. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, giving me two possibilities. He then gave me the choice of bringing my computer in or paying for a house call. I brought it to him and he went over the computer as I waited. He checked the hard drive which was fine, then informed me that I needed my operating system reinstalled. He then told me this process would take two hours. I left and he gave me a call exactly two hours later. I returned to find all the necessary files that I could have lost during the reinstall backed up and my computer running better than ever. He also recommended an anti-virus software I could download for free, and I was on my way. Will definitely return when the next computer issue presents itself.

He was easier and cheaper to deal with than the Geek Squad.
