Newbury concrete construction was great at communicating, they showed up on time and did exactly what I requested, at a fair price. The concrete came out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Ryen and his crew did a great job on our new driveway and walkway! I highly recommend him and his crew. Ryen was very patient with us discussing our options and very knowledgeable about concrete and designs. His guys were professioonal and meticulous and the job was finished on time as scheduled. Our home has a new facelift and we love it!

Ryen and his team were very responsive and worked around my schedule and availability. The area they worked in was small & prevented challenges to pouring & hauling equipment but they did everything cleanly and quickly. My new patio looks excellent and was well worth the price!

Though we were happy with the workmanship initially, Ryen and crew did not show up to complete our project as scheduled. We reached out numerous times over several weeks via text, phone, and email to reschedule, with no reply from Ryen. Extremely unprofessional conduct, so we do not recommend Ryen and Newbury Concrete.

Ryen was personable and easy to talk to for what we wanted. He delivered on what he said he would do with the project. Would consider his company for future projects.

Did a good job with stamped concrete in the backyard. His team worked over the weekend, came on time and cleaned up after they were done. Pretty neat job. Finished the job in the time Ryen committed to.

Overall good work. Owner is a busy man so you need to have some patience and some understanding for lack a professional courtesy. (He just completed the job today, so the quality of work will be visible in time.)

Explained what he would do and completed the job on time and in my budget. Old concrete removed and new driveway laid including the extended areas as requested. Highly recommend Mr. Silbert.

Ryen was careful to explain the entire process whether we chose concrete or pavers. Ryen offered a paver finish for a great price that we ended up choosing and the finished driveway is exactly what we were hoping for. We recommend calling Ryen for any concrete or paver project.

Ryen was the only contractor i contacted that was pleasant on the phone- all the guys were friendly and knowledgeable and the clean up was fantastic! our driveway is beautiful- we will definitely call newbury concrete when we need more work done!

Ryen had abhardbtime returning my emails and phone calls which was very annoying. The workmen were very good and the work good, Ryen definitely needs work any social skills.

Ryan Silbert was easy to work with and he has a great crew, particularly the lead, Julio. We were concerned that they were not wearing goggles when cutting pavers, however. There were some delays that could have been managed better, particularly getting the remaining pavers picked up took two weeks and me calling the supplier (Orco). We had vinyl fencing/gates and driveway redone with pavers. Very happy with the end result.

Ryen Silbert was very good at getting the workers and equipment on the job in a timely fashion. They hauled away the old concrete and huge piles of pine tree roots which was very helpful to us. They completed the job in the estimated time and left us with a beautiful driveway. The only critcism I would have is that all the costs were not itemized in the contracts. Which, I'm sure he would have done so if asked.

Fair price. Project came out as requrested. Did everything he said he would, showed up on time, completed the job on time... can't really ask for more than that.
