Tim is a great "find"; and as you know - good handymen are hard to find! Work done quickly, efficiently, reasonably priced and he is a very nice guy!

Tim Kephart did excellent work. Had to re-route irrigation line to set post in concrete. Placement of box was tricky, but works well.

We are very grateful to have learned that, for those projects at our home that need a skilled, caring person with the time and.tools and know-how, we can rest easy knowing Tim is nearby and only a phone call away. It's a great relief having Tim as our "first call" provider for a wide variety of small projects here. We intend to recommend him to our neighbors, as well.

Tim has done work for me twice so far. His work is excellent. He comes on time and is reliable. He really can do any repair. He's redoing an outdoor railing for me next. He's professional and his prices are more than fair. DEFINITELY would rehire.

Very smoothly, Tim reviewed that task to be completed, got the materials needed and finished the job in eight hours.

Basically Tim keeps my tenants happy. He will unclog drains, fix leaks, paint, patch, fix fences, fix furniture, and lots of other things. He has installed windows, and sliding glass doors as well as a diswasher and garbage disposal. He built a deck for me that my tenants love. He put in an attic access that we totally love. He has even done some landscaping work that was better than my gardener. Basically he knows how to do almost everything. If I were to write a list of everything he has done at all my houses, it would be very, very long. The most recent work pertained to fixing a fence.

We have used Tim for about 5 years. He is very reasonable and does almost anything except the kind of thing a contractor would do. He has put in windows for us, replaced doors, done plumbing repairs, done lots of painting, minor electrical repairs, and lots of other things. I recommend him to anyone in the San Fernando Valley or Conejo Valley for those random odd jobs and some larger jobs. His rates are very reasonable in my opinion. I trust him after all these years and don't hesitate to leave him alone in our house.
