Went very well I needed to remodel my kitchen and give it some serious upgrades. This company excelled at it! I had all brand new counter tops, cabinets, sink, etc the whole nine yards. We had the outside of our house painted, outside patio repaired and painted, bathroom and shower repiped and remodelled by Loyalty Construction. We are very pleased with all the work they did. Great work from a great company! We interviewed several roofing firms before settling on Loyalty Construction. What convinced us to choose Loyalty were Joe and Roi. Compared to other contractors, Joe and Roi were a little more genuine, more sincere and did not say a lot of BS stuff. My wife’s intuition about them (their character) was in the end correct about their truthfulness and desire to please the customer. Their quote was fair and competitive for the work. Except for a few rainy day delays, the work was completed in the time promised. The work was very good in quality. Joe came to the job site frequently. All issues were addressed and quickly fixed. They did repairs and painting where needed and even went an extra mile to do work on unrelated areas at our request for no charge. Unheard of! The seamless gutters was beautiful and complemented the house nicely. Would we choose them again for another home? Yes! Would we refer them to close friends and relatives? Yes! The best part is that they guaranteed their work for several years and we would have no hesitancy to call them back if needed. We have never given a testimonial to any company before but a motivating factor to do one now is that we like their work and we like them!

Rene, Rodolfo, Manuel, Frank, Rio, Liz, Ilan, Offir, Tito, Jose and Francisca (plus nephew and cousin) are some of the wonderful people I met through my experience with Loyalty Construction.? I first met Loyalty Construction shortly after I lost my kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom to a sewer flood. ?It was a trying time and while I didn?t get the perception that they specialized in post water loss reconstruction, they shared a large portfolio of kitchen and bath remodels.? I hired Loyalty based on 3 things ? 1) a couple of great Yelp reviews on Roi, 2) a competitive package offer and 3) their readiness to start work. As it is with any construction project, unexpected things came up and plans change.? I didn?t get to work with Roi initially but I eventually did and I got to relate to the experience others have shared.? I suspect Roi is successful because he has built a good support team of experts in the sub-Ks.? He is a good business person because he listens, filtering out the emotions (because homeowner?s emotions often run high!) and work with essential details to get through the issues.? He is fairly technical but knows to go to the SMEs when needed.? He is reasonable, focuses on moving things forward and customer satisfaction; he is overall very charismatic. Here are a few things I liked most about the work Loyalty did at my house ? 1) they worked to pass city inspections.? Some home owners and contractors don?t place emphasis on that since working with the city can cause delays and extra cost.? Having gone through plumbing issues at the house, I definitely prefer to have the city sign-off on things. 2) they tiled the kitchen wall to wall.? Many people tiling around the cabinets, perhaps to save time and material but that creates issues down the road (my novice opinion).? I feel that tiling the kitchen from wall to wall is the complete approach. 3) all workers were extremely respectful.? They were in my house for several months due to job scope; however, I never felt unsafe, had to put things away, had to keep an eye on them and/or worrying about neighbors complains (beside construction related noises).? There was a scheduling miscommunication that led to Rodolfo working on a bathroom issue where I kept my sister?s dog behind closed door while I was out.? This dog would run away if the front door would be left open.? I came home worrying about the dog but found her happily hanging out Rodolfo in the bathroom, behind closed door, watching him work. From my limited exposure, I?d say all the sub-Ks are good but the project managers could be more involved with what goes on at the job site.? It is difficult but important to get the right blend of skillsets so that the PMs can serve successfully as a field manager and look for project expansion at the right moment.? I had very positive experience with the electrician, countertop, flooring guys and the custom cabinet specialist.? I did not prefer the plumber but partly because my own plumber is awesome.? Roi is aware and will make adjustments. Not to be forgotten is the office support.? They are the unsung heroes of this company?s success, along with the framing/drywall/painting guys.? As mentioned, there were bumps along the way, especially in the very common area of scheduling.? I learned quickly that the office folks were great resources for getting through the kinks.? There were definitely rough patches but I could also tell that they did whatever they could but were sometimes at the mercy of other people?s schedules and competing needs.? They coordinate the details and make field managers? (and home owners) visions come true. The bottom line is Loyalty put my house back together better than it was before I met them and probably better than when it was first built! ?

Our home was built in 1987 and the kitchen had never been remodeled.  We met with several contractors but was so impressed with Roi Gavriely the owner of Loyalty Construction we chose them to trust with our kitchen remodel.  We were told it would take 4 weeks to complete and it took exactly 3 1/2 weeks.  We were kept informed at every point of the remodel and the workers all were very skilled as well as always being prompt, courteous and neat. The design team did a great job as well and in the end we have not only a beautiful but functional kitchen that exceeded our expectations.  We will definitely use Loyalty Construction for our future needs.

After interviewing other contractors, we chose Loyalty because Roi seemed honest and understood what we wanted and helped guide us in making decisions on the remodel.  We also worked with Donna who is Roi's assistant.  She was great and also very helpful.  Overall we are very pleased and happy with the outcome of the remodel, especially the master bathroom; love it and in retrospect, even though we were not prepared for the added cost of re-wiring the house, we are glad Roi had us do it now rather than later.  As in any major remodeling project, there was a few bumps in the road but Roi took care of our issues and concerns and was always willing to work with us and to make sure we were happy with the end results.  Roi was very generous and adjusted some of the price issues and went further and didn't charge us for some of the material used.  I liked the fact that Roi (and Donna) was very easy to talk to and was always available to discuss any concerns we had.

I met Roy after we had a flood in the kitchen that required the complete removal and replacement of all of the lower cabinets and flooring.  At that point a decision was made to remodel the kitchen, laundry room and breakfast areas.
Roy worked with us to keep within our budget and give us a finished product that is both professionally installed and gorgeous to look at. 
During the course of the project, as always, small unforeseen issues would arise that needed attention and Roy simply took care of it.  One particular item was the raised foundation.  We wanted to install a new tile floor and needed to reinforce the structure to support the weight.   Roy?s team simply went under the house, installed the added beams and viola, we have a beautiful tile floor that will last years.

iThe overall repair turned into a complete bathroom remodel, which turned out great in the end.  The process was a little rocky, mainly due to the tile installers failing to listen to our requests for certain aspects of the shower stall.  We had to order tile a few times as a result, but Ygal was very professional and agreed to deducting those additional material costs from the final bill as the issue wasn't his own contractors fault.  Overall, we love the bathroom, there are a few nit picking items that we will touch up ourselves, but for the price, Loyalty did a very good job.

I have used Loyalty once before for a remodel to a different bathroom. I called them again based on the excellent work they did for me previously. As before, all contractors provided a high level of professionalism and skill with their respective trade. My project manager was attentive and responsive to any issues or concerns that I had throughout the project. 
There were no "hidden" charges and the job went very smoothly. We are extremely pleased with the results and are enjoying our beautiful new bathroom everyday.

As promised by their Project Manager Ygal, the project was completed in a week, 5 days! The workers were polite and arrived promptly by 7:30 daily. I was impressed with the clean up. Everyday they would even go thru the lawn to pick up every bit of trash. On the last day, they even blew away the leaves in front and back patio so they could leave our yard spotless. We had different contractors in 2013 for a kitchen renovation and the workers would leave paint stains on the grass and ceramic tile debris on the lawn. Loyalty Construction cleaned up thoroughly everyday before they left at 5 pm. Project Manager Ygal, visited twice a day at least during the week of construction. He addressed any concerns we had and inspected the roof everyday if not twice a day. While we definitely needed a new roof to replace our old one, one of the best improvements were the solar tubes we had them installed. We had 5 installed altogether. It has brought in a lot of natural light especially in our dark bathrooms. This should save our electricity. Pablo the foreman was helpful in helping us find the best location for the solar tubes. On the 4th day of work, our master bathroom electricity suddenly stopped working. My husband and I assumed some wiring may have come loose while they were installing the solar tubes in the attic. Nobody could understand how this happened. Ygal, eager to do a good job, even brought in an electrician after the roof was completed. Turned out it was just a breaker that must have tripped and the electrical panel was overlooked since there are 3 in the property! We are very happy with our new roof! Even happier that there are no more useless and unsightly thermal panels on the roof, no more giant water drum in the garage, no more leaking from the flat roof! We look forward to more rain. Loyalty Construction is by far the BEST construction company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE contact them if you are looking for a remodel. They are well-priced, professional, hard working and produce an amazing finished product. I read all the reviews about Loyalty before I called them and contracted them to do my job - and seriously they are all true. 
Loyalty Construction was the fourth construction company we had come out to give us a price on remodeling our kitchen. The other three companies were priced well and nice enough, but I was waiting for someone to come in who didn't make me feel like he was trying to "sell" me on a whole bunch of things that I really did not want. Ygal from Loyalty Construction came on a Sunday afternoon - in order for my husband and I to both be home, and after 3 so my children could nap. When Ygal showed up he was not only professional, but also very comfortable to talk too. I always knew how I wanted the kitchen to look and the types of things I had envisioned for it; and I felt like Ygal really listened to that, instead of giving me the whole "Well, in other houses that I have done they wanted this or picked that." I signed a contract with Ygal within an hour of our consultation - which was surprising, as I had been shopping around for nearly two months. When his initial price was a bit higher than we wanted, he talked to his boss and brought it down to exactly what we could afford. Ygal from Loyalty was very thorough and detail oriented as well. He told me right away what I needed to do, where I needed to go, and approximately when they would be able to start. I was nervous that it would take longer than the three - four week timeline he gave me (especially with two very small kids), but he assured me he would only start when he knew everything was lined up and ready. The weekend after our consultation, my husband and I picked out tile, granite, and a back splash. This was the most daunting part for me - I often times get overwhelmed and nervous and worried that I wouldn't be able to put things together, but it was very easy. He told me who to talk to and ask for, what price point to look at, and how much of everything I needed. When I didn't like the granite choices he presented me I called (he answered immediately - BEST THING about this company - they always answer and don't make you feel like you are "bugging" them) and I told him what I did like and could I get it within budget. He called the people who work with the granite and within 10 minutes I was walking out of the store with the granite I wanted. I called Ygal on a Sunday saying we had picked out what we needed and he said he would call us within a few days to schedule demo. Demolition started on a Thursday and work on my kitchen did not stop until it was completed. The demo was quick, efficient and clean. Everyone worked really hard and did a GREAT job. The tile guys were professional and friendly. Our cabinets were assembled and installed in one day. They are beautiful - Ygal even added in a decorative glass corner cabinet and soft close doors (a wonderful surprise). When all was done, Ygal had his guys repaint my entire kitchen so it would all blend nicely and replace my baseboards. I love my kitchen and Loyalty Construction. If you are considering a remodel - call them. I have been called picky and I did not complain one time.
