Los Angeles Web

I was intrigued by LA Web's descriptions and convenient location. I messaged company repeatedly, beginning late may and earlyJune. I messaged and phoned. in return I received zero messages and zero phone calls. Angie's list representative tried same on my behalf, with the same absolute lack of responsiveness. Very disappointing, testimonial-wise. What level of future responsiveness could it promise?

I first had began my website with a different company. I was very unhappy with the previous company because After I paid my deposit they were hardly ever available at all whether I wanted to meet in person or speak to them on the phone. I did not feel like a priority and finally 2 months after trying to chase them I decided to look for services elsewhere. That is when a friend of mine recommended Los Angeles Web. Not only was a more then pleased with the work, but experience with them was the complete opposite from my previous one. They were always available for a call and always willing to meet me in person. They also kept me updated through the entire process, so I never had to chase them for status information. Karen was my project manager from start to finish. I have to say these are one of the few Web design companies that make customer service a priority. Even after the website was launched they did not disappear. If i ever need to update my website I am definitely using them again.
