Little Piggies Green Cleaning

It was a very rushed job and one of the workers appeared not to really want to do his job.  The mopping if my tile floors were not thorough and they broke a canister in my kitchen.  Management called to see if I would like to try them out again at a discount but it was apparent to me that they may be more suited to corporate cleaning instead of personal homes.

I scheduled a deep move-in clean for 3 1/2 hours for my home and had a good experience with the booking, scheduling, and going over fine details of what the job would entail. Tammy seemed professional and on top of it at the time.
When the day came for them to come to the house, the crew was 25 minutes late and I received no phone call letting me know they were behind schedule. I had to call Tammy to inform her of this and she replied, "My cleaning guy told me he'd be about 20 minutes..." and then said NOTHING after that. No apology was made. 
I will say one thing, her cleaning crew went above and beyond to make up for their tardiness but Tammy did nothing to smooth things over nor did she seem interested in retaining my business for the future, so, unfortunately, she will not be getting it.
The crew is great, but Tammy's customer skills are somewhat lacking, particularly in the empathy department. For what I paid ($270!), one can certainly do better without having to deal with the attitude.

They do a good cleaning job. What they do is limited. They don't use any harsh chemicals such as chlorine bleach, etc. They're really eco friendly. They're reliable and they show up pretty much on time every week. They have the same person who's in charge that comes every week and that helps, too. I wish that they would do a little more thorough cleaning. It's hard to find companies that will do that except on a periodic basis. What they do, they do very well and very fast. I think the prices are comparable to most other companies but I'm a little inexperience in this area. If I were able to do it, I could do it better.

This is my first experience with a cleaning service, and I'm sold! The online ordering made it so easy to get an estimate for the job, and to add services such as oven and fridge cleaning. (I highly recommend those -- my oven is *beautiful* now, and it was hideous before.) It was such a relief to schedule the appointment myself, make a deposit online, and have everything spelled out so clearly. 
On the day of the service, Clayton called to tell me they were running late from a previous job. Although they ended up arriving 2 hours after the appointment (thus my rating of a B), the communication was excellent and I was very happy. They arrived with all their supplies -- all non-toxic! -- and were extremely respectful and careful when dealing with my cats. I never once feared that the cats would escape during the cleaning. 
I don't have a lot of experience judging their work, except to say that they cleaned far better than I ever have. I ordered a post-construction cleaning as we'd just had massive repairs done. They were extremely nice and professional and clearly cared about doing a good job. Communication was excellent. I'm recovering from surgery, so I was there the whole time watching them work, and wow, did they work! 
I'll be hiring LP Green Clean again for monthly maintenance cleans and recommending them to my friends. I was so relieved to find non-toxic cleaners, and was thrilled with their professionalism.

Overall, I was disappointed with their lack of responsiveness from the start.  It took 3-4 days to get a return call from the owner to set up an appointment.  After our service was performed (which we were happy with), I called to set up scheduled future services and to address some minor concerns from the first cleaning.  I never heard back.  I e-mailed as well that we'd like to use their services on a full-time basis.  Still never heard back.  I was baffled, but wanted to write the review.  It's unfortunate, because they are otherwise a pretty good company.
