Karma Construction & Remodeling.

Shai and his team recently designed and developed our garage into an ADU. I could not be happier with their professionalism, the quality of the work and Karmas working style. Shai and his team made the entire experience from start to completion enjoyable. At the start of the project, Shai provided a detailed budget which was considerably less than other bids. They worked for three months and came in on-time and on-budget. The Karma team is honest, transparent and always willing to accommodate changes and additional requests where possible, which we are incredibly grateful. I HIGHLY recommend working with Karma. I feel blessed to have found these guys... 5 Stars!!!!!

We really had a wonderful experience from the first consultation through the completion of the project. They gave great advise while allowing us to design our dream bathroom.

We searched Angies List and interviewed many contractors for our major home remodel.  The contractors we talked to were all professional and competent. However we certainly had luck and providence on our side when we found Shai and Moshe.  They and their crews have been professional and talented, on time and diligent to provide us with quality workmanship.  From the initial design and the many tweaks and turns we've come across during the remodel, quality and customer service have been their priority for our home.  My bathroom is a showplace and exactly as I envisioned!  The entire wing of the house has been updated and renewed.  Our contractors have taken care of all the permits and engineering needed, they have provided cleanup during the process and been very respectful of our home and environment.  We highly recommend Karma and will use them again.

Even though it was a small job, Shai took great care with it.  They did a great job.

Shai came to my house, took measurements of my bathroom and gave me ideas for a new layout.  He put it all down on his computer for me to see right there.  It was very helpful to see the 3D imagaing in front of me and virtually move stuff around.  He was very professional and had great ideas.  He also showed me some photos the work (bathroom) he recently completed, which was gogeous. He e-mailed me his plans so I could look them over and told me if i had any questions or more ideas/plans for bathroom to call him.  
Shai also gave me an estimate for the work/labor.
I highly recommend his service and will probably use Karma Construction and Remodeling for my project. 

Me and my wife searched for very long time for the right company to do the work on our home, it's took us forever since a prior bad experience we had in the past so it wasn't easy for us.  But I'm so happy that we hire those guys! That was a completely different from last time (it was very very nice and comfy working with Karma Construction & Remodeling).
The guys are super professional all the way! From the very first moment we felt the good vibe with tones of patience.
They walk with us hand by hand during the all process, and they were always available for us, with very positive attitude.
The final results came beyond our expectations!!!
The only complain we had was regarding the debris left outside but soon as I contact the guys it's been removed from our back yard within 3 hrs. 
The bottom line is - If you looking for professional and honest people so they are the ones you need to hire.

it went on time & on budget!!
They were working 6 days a week for 10 weeks.[some Sundays when needed]
All crews of subs were supervised very closely & very carefully by Mr Zimmerman who was there almost all the time, especially when critical work was done.
He is very knowledgeable of all facets of contracting [Scheduling, plumbing, electrical, masonry carpentry, paint, refinishing +] 
All issues were resolved immediately, without delays.
All extra work was priced very fairly.
Mr. Zimmerman came highly recommended to me by a friend,-and he lived up to all expectations
The job was done efficiently, professionally to the highest standard of the profession.

The service was provided exactly as agreed, and above my expectations. A gradual payment system was established and adhered to. There were no "hidden surprises" - the job came in exactly as budgeted!
The quality of workmanship was extremely high, and Moshe responded immediately to a couple of minor problems I noticed after work was complete.
All workers were punctual, there were no down days. The whole job was completed to schedule.
As a first time home-buyer, I was nervous and cautious about the whole process, but Moshe's sincere and professional conduct was reassuring. 
When the job was finished, I felt like I was in a brand new house. I am complimented time and time again by visitors, on my beautiful home.

Moshe is a nice responsible person that manage his employees in a professional manner.  They were able to stand in the agreed time table (3 weeks) and made sure to keep the job site clean and organized.

He was able to come with new ideas that improved the look and functionality of the new configuration.  I will definitely use Moshe and Karma Construction again in my future projects.

I have recently remodeled my master bathroom with Karma Construction, the process was very interesting and the execution was
almost flawless. I interviewed about four different construction companies that I was referred to by friends and co-workers. I have to
mention that Karma was not the cheapest, but their creative design and enthusiasm made me feel very comfortable with them.
   After the design and price was set I was referred by them to a places that they recommended to buy fixtures and tile. The actual job took only 3 weeks and did not disrupted our family life at all. All the employees were very courteous and the job came out looking
great. I really love my new bathroom and I will recommend them to others in a heartbeat.

It all went well. The Estimate was free and the work was done on time. There was respect for the rest of my house with coverings during construction.  All deadlines were kept and there was a complete clean up after work was completed

Well, finally had to give in to my wife and start the search for a contractor that can remodel my kitchen and bathroom. We knew what we wanted but never seemed to be a good time to do it. So I called 3 contractors and had three conversations and got three bids. They were way a part. It seemed like that either I did not do a good job explaining what I wanted or they did not fully listen to what I described. Any way the only company that priced what I wanted was Karma. Others were cheaper but Karma priced what I wanted. They also told me that if I change the scope of the work, which I did more than once, that they would have to charge me accordingly. At the time I thought they are setting me up for over charging me and because it was getting too late to do the job I went ahead and gave them the project. As they started I began gaining respect for them. They were very professional, made suggestions to save me money, and deliverred what they promissed. I guess I picked the right contractor. I highly recommend these guys becasue my wife loves our kitchen and bathroom, and that makes it all worth while.

ere very excited and "blown a way" from his final draft. EverytsWe were referred to them by our friends that have used them last year on a similar project. It started out by their designer coming to our house (free of charge). He spent about two and a half hours going over all our needs and wants from the new kitchen and than sat down with his laptop to design our kitchen. During that time he asked a lot of questions in order to make sure we get the design we deserve. He completed most of the design while in our house but asked if he could continue at his office because he needed more time to finilize the design and also in order to get some specs of different features that he needed tp research more on line. At this point we had already scheduled a 2nd appointment for him to come back with the finish "product". Shai (The designer) showed up on time and presented us with his finish design, needless to say we were "blown a way" after looking at the final draft and all the added options he carefully thought about and executed in the plan. There were features in the new kitchen that we didn't even know existed. That same evening he presented us with a price that sounded just a little bit above out budget but defiantly sounded fair for the kitchen and quality we expected from them at that point.
We didn't want to sound to eager and told him we would get back to him in a few days with an answer. At this point, we had already lined up 2 more companies that we found on Angie's list and that came highly recommended. After giving them the same time and explaining to them all our needs, we felt that the creativity and attention to details was lacking. In addition, both companies gave us a price that was higher then what we had gotten from Karma. It didn't take us long and we called them back, at that point they wrote down a very detailed contract and explained to us, what to expect during the construction process. The whole project took only 3 weeks from start to finish and the result was better than expected. I finally got my dream kitchen.
If anyone is in the market for a remodeling project in their house, I strongly recommend using these guys! they are clean, fast, accurate and pay attention to the small details. Their employees were always on time and they were always around to watch over the project.
