I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER AFTER A BOY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAYED A GAME ON IT. HE DIDN'T EVEN GO ONLINE, HOWEVER, MY INTERNET AND EMAIL STOPPED WORKING. I CALLED TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR HELP, THEY CHARGE A LOT FOR THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND I HAVE HAD NO HELP FROM THEM AT THIS POINT. THEY ARE STEALING BY CHARGING FOR THEIR MINUTES OVER THE PHONE AND NOT HELPING. THEY SENT ME SOME SOFTWARE WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP, BUT IT DID NOTHING AT ALL. I STILL CAN'T ACCESS THE INTERNET AND THEY'VE BILLED ME FOR TIME THAT I HAVEN'T BEEN ONLINE. I HAVEN'T BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT ALL.
