It was a disaster, nonstop disaster.  He swore to me his team had been with him for 20 years.  Not only did his workers steal from our premesis, but his workers admitted to me that he had hired them on Craig’s List two days before.  This three day job turned into 3 months.  We had to take half the work off the contract to get it done in that 3 months.  The work could have been done by a high school student in a wood making class.   It was an exhausting, horrible, painful, time consuming event.  I would not wish it on my worst enemy.  He is a nice guy, but he is a just a sloppy mess.
