I have been dealing with John for fifteen years. He has installed Hunter Douglas blinds, as well as draperies, throughout my home. His is one of the best companies I have dealt with. His prices are excellent. I have compared them to other bids.
His work is perfection. He is very personable and helpful in the selection of any window treatment from a vast array of choices. He is always right on time for his appointments. He spends any amount of time with you to make sure you are satisfied. He is always ready to help with any problems, even years later.

From the momennt he walked into our house, we were once again extremely confident that we had chosen the correct company. His follow through was wonderful, making sure that we were happy every step of the way. When we had a minor problem with the way one of the window treatments opened, he was there the next day, removed it, had it fixed and re-hung. There was NEVER an issue. He built our trust in him last time and confirmed it this time. He stands behind anything and everything he does; always with a smile! I cannot think of anything that should have been done differently!
