Jose was dishonest and deceptive. He lied about final payment on our contract. He changed his story multiple times and did not keep his word/our agreement.

This is an outstanding company! Derek, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and he's also very honest, professional and direct. He gave me a very detailed estimate with a great price. His crew showed up on time and worked for 5-6 days to replace water damaged boards on the edges of the tile roof and they also inserted new flashing where needed. They also replaced all broken tiles and cleaned the roof with a pressure washer. The crew was highly organized and methodical. Their work ethic and the quality of their work was impressive. It was a great experience.

It took me a year to gather quotes for my Spanish tile roof complete renovation (lift and reset). Being a single female, you have to be careful of inflated prices. I also follow social media, and would never do business with any company that cannot control their social media reviews (or any reviews for that matter). (Be careful, there are some real shady companies out there) Immaculate Roofing seemed to fit all my criteria ... and their price, while not cheap, was competitive. My roof was started right before all the rains hit ... in November 2016. With rain delays, etc., it took about 3 weeks to finish. The crew seemed very competent and efficient. Their communication (daily calls, times, and updates) wasn't the best ... so if that's important, you'll have to initiate that and stay on top of them. Also, if you have landscaping that is really important to you (I didn't), then you must make sure that they are really careful with their materials in your yard ... (and your neighbors). I did have a few minor touch ups after the job was completed, when we had major downpours. Immaculate Roofing responded quickly to my calls, and took care of all the remaining items. That was very appreciated! I recommend Immaculate Roofing to you: quality work, competitive prices, efficient crew .... but remember, in dealing with ANY contractor, you must always take responsibility and be your own best advocate.

It went excellent. I was very pleased. It was a relatively small job but they gave me a level of attention and respect as if it was a large contract. The owner Derek stayed in constant touch with me to try to schedule a best time to do the work--it wasn't easy as many customers were preparing for forecasted severe rainstorms. The crew (Juan and another gentleman) arrived promptly and on time to do the work and were very clear and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. They executed the work very well and were very friendly and professional. I would absolutely hire them again and also refer them to others needing roof work.

Derek (owner), Mike and the entire crew at Immaculate Roofing did an incredible job. This was a large undertaking, and to be honest, being a first-time homeowner, I was a little nervous given the scope of the project. However, once the work started my nerves were put to rest with the quality of professionalism from the guys. Everything went smoothly, everyone was so nice, we really have no complaints. Rain and holidays turned it into a longer process, but we didn't mind. When it did rain ( just about every week), a crew was over to inspect and secure the roof. It was exactly what we wanted - a beautiful new roof/gutters along with a 25-year GAF Golden Pledge warranty from a Master Builder. And I just wanted to say, before we signed on with Derek, he told me Immaculate was all about providing value to the customer. I COULD NOT FIND THAT STATEMENT TO BE MORE TRUE. They fixed problems for me that they didn't have to, they went the extra mile and then some. To be more specific, they ducted my exhaust fan in the bathroom (didn't have to), they fixed cracked rafters in the attic ( again, they didn't have to); repaired cracks on interior walls due to settling, they even fixed my back gate. To me, that screams integrity and true dedication to their craft. If Immaculate was a publicly traded entity, I would BUY, BUY, BUY. Look no further for a roofer, Immaculate is the real deal. Very pleased with the work. Immaculate included attic ventilation, which I think was a wise choice. They are also certified by GAF, which means you receive an extended labor warranty if you choose GAF materials. Immaculate was punctual, responsive, neat, and the roof came out looking great. Their price was competitive.

Derek and his crew are wonderful to work with. Derek is incredibly responsive and takes his time to make sure that he gets the job right. Derek was also incredibly helpful in working with my insurance as well as assisting with rebates. Highly recommend Detek and his crew.

Derek and his team were great. The roof had some challenging issues, and Derek handled all of them in a very professional manner. Derek is very experienced and knowledgeable, he hand picks his crews, and he genuinely cares about doing a great job (rare to find in Los Angeles!) Derek was the first one to inspect the prospective job, and he was the last one to inspect the roof after it was completed (he was on site numerous times while the job was in progress). Derek was always available by phone/text/email. Derek was even available by phone over Thanksgiving when an issue popped up. His crew was careful to clean up every day (including the neighbor's yard). I would highly recommend Derek!

I'm writing this review as it sit under my brand new, custom built Velux skylights and the relief of no leaks while I see rain pouring down. After purchasing our "fixer-upper" mid-century ranch home, we had the joyous *read crappy* burden of needing a reroof. This is where Immaculate Roofing comes in. Derek was one of five estimates that we got. He was not only the lowest, but was also the most honest, upfront and responsive roofer we contacted. Now for the job. In addition to a new roof, we also recently removed the dated HVAC system from the roof that left a gaping hole on part of the roof. Therefore, our job included rigid insulation (insulation above bottom layer of plywood), new skylights, new electrical conduit under shingles, a build out of the space where the old HVAC was, and an obscene amount of dry rot damage. Immaculate Roofing executing our job with precision, skill and grace. I feel our complex project proves that Derek and his crew are capable of any type of job, basic or intricate. If you need a new roof, do yourself a favor and hire Immaculate Roofing as soon as you can. My only regret is that I waited as long as I did to hire him. Thank you Derek on a job well done!

Immaculate Roofing began the job on the planned date, workers were here on time in the mornings. Only delay was the result of the roofing materials not being delivered on time by the supplier.  They protected the areas under the roof line very well and cleaned up each day fairly well. One patch of roofing had to be replaced near the front door because the shingles were damaged. When I pointed this out to Derek Gonzalez, the owner, he immediately had the workers replace them. At Derek's suggestion (an excellent one), I agreed to have the bottom front gable trimmed by about 4 inches. However, although I mentioned this to the crew as they were applying the shingles, they did not trim the bottom.  I mentioned this to Derek and he had them re-do it, shaping the wood to match the original curved shape and replace a small bit of shingles on the bottom after the trimming. A miscommunication, probably because the project manager was not on site, but the shortened gable configuration turned out nicely.
I would not hesitate to recommend them. Derek is very considerate of his customers' needs, and responds immediately. I would hire them again, if I needed a new roof , but I'm sure my roof, of high quality materials, will last a long time.

The owner Derek came to my house to provide a bid a few months ago. He is very friendly.professional and timely.  He spent as much time as I needed to completely explain the process and time line. He also showed me samples of the materials they used on my roof along with discussing the warrenty in full. He provided me with a detailed quote which was $3000 to $4,000 less than the other 3 quotes I recieved. He was the only roofer who provided a quote exactly as I requested. It was a no brainer, I chose his bid.  As we got closer to the scheduled start date he called me to ask if they could start a day early. Beautiful!!! The guys showed up right on time at 7 am. The lead roofer came to my door and introduced himself and then they went right to work. The entire team was very professional and it was a pleasure having them around for a few days. They completed the project on time even with some extra unexpected work that need to be done on a portion of the house. The skylight  replacement was included in the bid. It was a special order size and came in after they left. They stopped by a few days ago and put the new skylight in. It looks fantastic. I get a big smile on my face every time I pull into my driveway and see my beautiful new roof. I could not be happier.  Thank you Derek, Aaron and the rest of the team . You are awsome!!!

Derek provided a very detailed, professional quote for the work that would be performed.  It was clearly laid out so we knew exactly what was being provided.  
The re-roof job itself went very smoothly.  The workers were very professional, efficient, and did great work.  They did a nice job containing the mess of removing all the old layers of shingles.  They offered good solutions for a couple of issues they found and included the additional work for a fair price.  The new roof looks fantastic and I am very happy with the service.

From beginning to end, this company provided service that was excellent.  They were prompt, professional, responsive and a joy to deal with.  Derek, the owner, gave us an estimate with very complete information and was prompt and responsive.  I was impressed with the pride he took in the quality of his company's work and his obvious dedication and work ethic.  The job was completed in 4 days with no problems or delays.  The clean-up each day was complete.  I recommend this company enthusiastically and without reservation.
Two things happened that impressed us greatly.  First, we have a koi pond in the back yard that is practically right under where they were working.  They covered the pond with a mesh tarp so it didn't cut off the air and very cleverly arranged it with openings on both ends.  This kept the fish safe and kept the temperature from getting too high to be safe.  The temperatures were over 100 degrees every day they worked.
Then, during the stage where they were replacing some of the plywood base of the roof, there was some pretty significant pounding on the roof. The heavy glass globe from a ceiling light fixture was jolted loose and broke when it fell.  The job foreman cleaned up all the glass including mopping the floor and getting down on his hands and knees to make sure all the small glass shards were taken up.   He checked all the other ceiling light fixtures in the house and tightened the ones that were loose.  Then he went to the store and replaced the light fixture.  They did all this even though it turned out that the problem was caused by the design of the light fixture, not their work.  We left the glass globes off on the 2 fixtures with this design until the job was completed.  At that point I had forgotten about it, but the foreman came in and put the globes back on the lights  My husband and I are both elderly and don't do well on ladders, so this was a huge help.
Everyone we met from this company was professional, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. The finished roof looks great.   If you need roofing work done, I don't think you could do better than to call these people!
