I wish I had a clearer idea of what I wanted right at the beginning but they were kind enough to work with me to develop that. They were competitive and I really appreciated how quick they worked. This company is fantastic. Sam, the owner, was on the job and recommended some wonderful upgrades. He showed me some damage I was not aware of and thoroughly took care of every detail. Quality of work was beyond outstanding. Sam really knows his stuff. He will be my go to guy for everything from here on out.

Sam had to work with the tenants schedule and was very patient and felexible. The job site was kept very clean. He and his crew were polite and professional at all times. I plan to hire them again.

Sam did a great job installing 2 new toilets but found water damage under one, he tore out the rotted sub-floor and made the new one stronger than the original one and installed new floor tile and base boards. Sam also installed a handrail on the front steps into the house. Would recommend him to anyone.

Working with Green Remodeling and Development was a very poor experience. Their communication as to when they would show up was extremely inconsistent. They would show up on days when they said they weren't and not show up on days when they said they would. The biggest issue is that I told them from our initial meeting and throughout the project that I would need a permit from the city for the project. They looked me straight in the face and said, "no problem". The project has been done for over 6 months and I have been trying to get them to make good on this. I have received nothing. They put an un-permited deck on my roof that leaves me completely liable. This is specifically what I told them I needed to avoid. I have spent the last 6 months emailing and calling to try and get Sam to get the permit. Most these emails go unanswered unless I continue to follow up. There are a lot of contractors in the Bay Area and I would recommend staying away from this one.

the guys came in and worked very hard. they were on time, and very accommodating. they did a great job.

My bathroom was previously such an eyesore, that my 6-year-old son was afraid to use it! Sam and his team did a great job from beginning to end and they even completed the job ahead of schedule. We had some differences of opinion when it came to style and design, but in the end Sam did the job based upon my preferences and my son and I are very pleased with the outcome.

Hired Sam and Simon for our bathroom remodel. They were easy to work with and had many good ideas. Of course there are always unforeseen hiccups and minor changes in plans as the work progresses, he was very accommodating and we finished on schedule and close to budget. We recommend so highly that we've already hired them to remodel our other bathroom!

Sam's the man!! Sam and his team blew us away with his commitment to our project. I have never worked with a more dedicated and hard working set of crew. We had family coming in and it was important for us to finish adding a full bath (including repiping to meet city codes) before they arrived. Our timelines we aggressive and we needed to finish everything in 3 weeks!! We were really nervous but Sam always had a reassuring smile. He was always reachable and would plan the work ahead of time. Inspections were scheduled and went smooth with no problems from the City of Fremont. A++ company.

Green Remodeling did a great job. I am really happy with my bathroom and would use them again in the future.

They were very professional, honored the initial quote they gave, extremely smooth process, one of their people was always on the job managing the work and working also, very very nice to work ith them, and cleaned up everything.
