They did a really nice job, they were very professional, and they were very fast. They came on a weekend, that's impressive. They were very pleasant people.

This was a big deal purchase and it worked out well. I thought the deal was great. Unfortunately the kitchen was larger than the deal that they were offering. I asked for an idea on what it would take as far as my bathroom. He told me it seemed to be within the deal that I bought and it covered it. He said there would be no out of pocket cost. I said okay. He came in, looked at everything and we scheduled to have one of his contractors come out. So they came out. Apparently there was something going on with my floor and they were discussing it among themselves. They told me I needed to put in under flooring. So a contractor did that and he did a fantastic job. For the most part I was pleased. There also was a sales representative there letting me know they sell flooring, laminate and stuff. He was telling me all the options I could consider for my kitchen. He wanted to show me samples but I only wanted what I purchased on Angie's List, which was laminate floor for the kitchen. I guess they were going to have another worker come out and do the kitchen. They told me it would take him a couple of days to do the work. The guy came out and literally did the work in a day. I was not happy with the floor because it felt soft walking on it and I told them that. They told me it looks and felt good. I told them I wish they could have communicated better with me while they were doing it. I am not happy with the work they did in my kitchen but I was happy with the work done in my bathroom. My interaction with them was okay. The price was reasonable.

It was clear I would need more than 50 square feet for the kitchen from the beginning and, after further discussion with Flooring Pro?s very able Sales Representative Ely, I decided it made sense to also do two small rooms adjoining the kitchen. Certainly, Flooring Pro was willing to do just the kitchen associated with the certificate I purchased but I decided on expanding the work and get it over with. Ely was both the Sales Representative and Project Manager for the work. Ely was very forthright, attentive to details and was always available day, night and weekends to address any questions or concerns that came up. At the conclusion of the work Ely wanted to ensure I was happy-and I was. Ely was my primary contact with Flooring Pro and certainly did everything he could to see that the job was satisfactorily concluded. This is the first time I used Flooring Pro through Angie?s List thus I have no experience with anyone but Ely who I would recommend. I did find there was a communication issue between the office and the workers that came out. Because of this, some things were not done properly and had to be redone.
