The service technician, Demitri came out and was able to determine immediately what the problem with my heatg pump was. A board had gone bad in the unit and needed to be replaced. He was able to locate a part same day and even though he had a tight window at which he was able to install it, he was able to come back the same day. His professionalism and experience stood out because he was able to so quickly diagnoser and fix the problem, when another company could not figure it out. I will use him again for service.

E and D Air Conditioning was sent to service my furnace after I called my Home Warranty company about a loud whistling noise that my furnace was making. Dimitri called me on Wednesday and arranged to come over to take a look at the furnace on Thursday. He called me about a half an hour before he was going to come so I could drive home from work (so I didn't have to wait at home for half the day). He knew right away what the whistling sound was (air intake) and was able to quickly fix it. He also replaced the filter with a filter that was the correct size (the previous contractor had used the wrong size) and showed me how to do change the filter in the future. I would recommend this company and Dimitri, he did a good job.
