Effram, Daniel and their crew did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen , walk in pantry and moving our laundry room upstairs. They removed a wall took out soffits to make the kitchen very open. They installed custom cabinets. The glass cabinets have inside lighting that showcase my beautiful crystal. Effram designed the counter so that we can sit there very comfortably. He redesigned part of the kitchen to store our wine. The job was done on time and the crew was professional and every detail was taken care of. Thanks Effram and Daniel for a beautiful kitchen.

I enlisted Dream Home Remodeling for my kitchen remodel and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The job included installation of new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and appliances. It was a pleasure working with Dan Perry who stood out from the other contractors by having the best quote and by far the best attitude. He was very flexible, upfront and down to earth, always worked with me to find solutions, was not pushy, did not try to rush me, was genuinely making sure I was happy at every step, and came by everyday to check on progress. He generated drawings before start of work and was very willing to change them a few times to help me arrive at the best configuration. By comparison, the other contractors were charging additional fees to have someone else generate drawings. Dan actually does the drawings himself and comes with the laptop and can make changes on the spot. All of the workers he brought to the site were very good, professional, polite, trustworthy, and did a clean job. I'm very happy with my new kitchen and I greatly appreciate having worked with Dan and his crew. I highly recommend Dream Home Remodeling!!

My first remodel experience with Effram and Daniel was to give me my dream kitchen. When Effram first suggested design changes to my initial inception I was skeptical. The new layout ended up having a much better flow and my kitchen seems much larger than it is because it is so functional. As someone who loves to cook it is a joy to work in my new kitchen. Next, we tackled my 1956 pink bathroom and ended up with the sleek, modern bathroom that I have wanted since I purchased the house. We have been working together for four years on projects big and small. I would highly recommend Dream Home Remodeling if you want a team you can trust to give you the home of your dreams.

I have personally worked with Effram and Daniel on my personal home, client homes and do not hesitate to refer them out. I am almost hesitant to write a review to make sure they are available when I need them - joking of course. With any construction project there are speed bumps and some workers have personalities, but with Effram and Daniel they get things smoothed out professionally and quickly. Effram and Daniel at Dream Home are a wonderful father-son team. After meeting with several local GCs for ideas and estimates for the renovation and addition work on our fixer in Woodland Hills, we felt the most comfortable with Effram... and we made the right choice! Not only did Effram provide a fantastic idea about how best to remodel our home while maximizing square footage and minimizing cost, but he (and Daniel and his whole team) were also very responsive and willing to take our notes and ideas throughout the whole process. It was really collaborative and fun (aside from a few hiccups caused by permitting that had us using our outdoor shower Dream Home installed by our pool as the only shower in the house for a month). Our house is now, without a doubt, the nicest house on the block, both inside and out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dream Home or use them again when we upgrade to our next Dream Home!

The project came in on budget. Everyone who worked on it was unfailingly polite and careful���and the always showed up when they said they were coming. Nothing was damaged, including the building in which our condominium is located. The entire crew was very willing to do all sorts of small extras, and they consulted at every step to make sure the project came out exactly as I wanted it. We are very pleased.

Dream Home Remodeling did excellent work right from the beginning. The presentation was impressive because Effram Perry provided computerized drawings the first time he was here. This company was easy to work with. The crews were on time, courteous, and ready to work. Even after a few delays in receiving materials, they still finished on time. They left the house clean in the evenings, and did an excellent clean-up when the work was complete. We have been using the kitchen for a few weeks now, and there is nothing we would change. The kitchen is a delight - we're really enjoying it. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We have completed the remodel and moved into the house almost 6 months from the beginning of demolition. What a transformation! The house went from a 1975 ranch tract home that was dark and dingy to a 2007 open, bright beautiful house. Every room was either remodeled or upgraded. At the house warming, everyone asked who designed the house- it was Effram Perry of Dream Home Remodeling. He and his crew were fantastic. Effram was responsive to every need and question and I can't say enough. Even after we moved in, if we see something that needs a correction, he is there for us.
