+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY HAS BECOME A VERY IMPORTANT ONE TO US AS WE ARE COMPUTER ILLITERATE. THEY MAKE HOUSECALLS WITH NO PROBLEM SO WE DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE OUR COMPUTERS IN TO THEM. THEY USUALLY COME WHEN SCHEDULED AND ARE VERY HELPFUL.
Description of Work: WE HAVE TWO COMPUTERS IN OUR HOME THAT HAVE HAD SOME ISSUES WITH HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. WE WERE UNABLE TO GET OUR INTERNET WORKING PROPERLY ON ONE COMPUTER DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF SPYWARE AND VIRUS PROBLEMS AND THE OTHER ONE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE NETWORK FUNCTION.
