Not happy with him at all and wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I reached out to him to come out and check if we have any electrical problems on a home we're in escrow and if so, what's the problem? He came and did a very basic general inspection. He just turned the lights on and off. He probably wasn't there for more than twenty minutes for a pretty big two story house. At the end he told me "this doesn't turn on". I asked him "what's the problem?" And he said he would have to open it and see what's wrong and he would charge me an extra couple hundred to do that. I said no thanks. He had a complete attitude. I pretty much paid him to do a general inspection that I ALREADY had done. Two days later and we find out that two of the bedrooms lights don't work (they turned off after 10 minutes of us). He didn't tell us that. I called him about it and he had a total attitude and said he would charge $150 to come out for 30 minutes to check it. Absolutely ridiculous. Not a friendly guy and definitely doesn't know how to run a business with good service.
