We pay about $40/month for 512kbps service, and have been reasonably pleased with it. Given the speed, it is pricey, but there have been few other options in these areas. They are a small company, and when you call, you get to talk to someone local instead of halfway around the globe. Their service has been fairly reliable, given the relatively challenging infrastructure in the area.
