ALTHOUGH THE SALESMAN HAD SOMEWHAT OF AN ATTITUDE IN THE LONG RUN HE MELLOWED A LITTLE AND PROVED TO BE QUITE HELPFUL. THERE IS A GOOD SELECTION OF SOFTWARE THERE AS WELL.

THEY ASKED US FOR A CD THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE IT. THEY TOLD US THAT THEY LOST IT AND IT WAS GOING TO COST MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY SAID. THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE WORK HAD AN ATTITUDE. WE WERE TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT PROGRAMS WERE ON IT AND WHY THERE WAS A VIRUS. THEY WERE GETTING FURIOUS.
