I have been using them since 2000. He's very thorough, very neat, and very good prices. He also does area rugs and upholstery.

My neighbor was having work done at her house. Because parking is an issue were I live, Charles was parked half way in my driveway. When I saw this I angerily went out and asked him to move his truck. When I did he politely asked me if he could park there until I needed to get out. I agreed and asked what he was doing next door. He told me and I asked him about my stairs. The stairs in my house have looked so bad I've considered having the carpet replaced even though it was just done 5 years ago. He looked and gave me the price. $100 for the stairs and hall way. Another $20 for the office. Since he felt bad about how he parked in the driveway he gave me a deal -- $100 for everything. The carpets look terrific! I had the carpets done before before but never by a "real" service. The services I used before we glorified wet vacuums. Charles truck was the real deal. I supplied all the power with scaulding hot water and vacuum hoses. I was very impressed. They were very thorough careful and very polite. Most importantly the carpet looks great! The next time I need the carpets cleaned I won't hesitate to call.
