Awful. These are nice people but they do not stand behind their work. The installation was terrible and after the carpet started to buckle and slack they had me pay another $500. to have it reinstalled. After much time and aggrevation I paid the additional money because we were tripping on the carpet. They initally said the carpet itself was faulty but that was not the case. It was the installation. They told me it was very costly to reinstall it and that the $500. was just a small percentage of what their added expense would be. Turned out the installer returned for just a few hours and was able to re cut and re install the carpet.I had paid in full for the carpet and the installation prior to the initial, faulty installation. No matter what their additional costs would be none of it was not my responsibility. They have re carpeted my large home twice but I would never use nor refer them again. It's a big loss to them to do business this way.

They delivered on time, at a great price. The installers were exceptional. I highly recommend them.
