Avil arrived on time for the appointment. He gave us good feedback. He and his team was very easy to work with. The minor hick-up was I could not use the recessed light trim I originally purchased because the housing which was installed did not fit. I was able to return the trims and get my money back. I am just starting to get things done in my house and I plan on using Avil in the future.

Avil and his guys are fantastic. We undertook a significant remodel of a kitchen, dining and living area and Avil was the lead contractor on all the work. The installation of large new doors and windows was particularly tricky but Avil's team was thoroughly professional in everything they do. Avil is a reliable, trust worthy contractor and his guys follow his lead. Would gladly recommend him for any job.

We have work with Avil in the past. He is accommodating and does good work at a reasonable price.
We can discuss options with Avil and he is always willing to adjust plans and change things around for us. The bathroom looks great and we stayed within budget.

Everything went well. from start to end.

Avil has arrived on day one with a team of 4 and started the job. they moved very quickly to remove old walls, shelvs, plywood, etc...
Every few hours there was something new going on. I was very impressed when they replaced all the beams on the ceiling and started insulating it. they removed the garage door and re-install it later on when the new ceiling was ready.
When it came to rewire the walls, Avil's electrician accommodated any request that I had and suggested many great ideas. Avil had several great ideas that I'm so glad he suggested which included running empty tubes for future wiring . ( i already used one of them and was super happy about it). When we saw the quality of work that Avil and his team are doing, we decided to add a couple of other small projects in the house that we wanted to do in a long time and never got around it like adding more lights in the kitchen, pavers pathway to the house and paint + crown molding for two additional rooms.
The project went a %100 smoothly without any problems or additional cost (other than the new projects we decided to add to the original quote).
Another bonus we got from Avil was rewiring our internet/phone cable to a new room which he offered without additional cost. And he also did some re-plumbing of a current pipe (the main pipe carrying water to the house) that was in the way of a door opening.
Avil and his team were very nice to work with. nice people and very professional. they made sure to clean the area every night before they left our house.
Altogether we are extremely happy with the results and looking forward to hire him again for kitchen remodeling.

Avil and his workers came in at short notice to fix a short in our wiring that caused some appliances to burn out. They found the problem and fixed it. At the same time I requested that they separate some circuits and put the major appliances on their own dedicated circuits which they were not before.

They also installed some arc-fault breakers on our bedrooms. Our Dog loved seeing Avil again. It is good to trust someone that you can leave them in the house when you go to work in the morning, and when you come home the work is completed.

Avil came with his worker and removed an old set of single pane French doors in our Master Bedroom. They trimmed and hung the new pair and installed the lock-set. It was done in a timely manner and everything was left clean and tidy.

After we had an addition completed by Avil, we asked him to replace our old wooden deck with a new manufactured wood deck. They put in new footings and made the deck to our specifications. They adjusted aspects during building at our request.

Even though we didn't think about this they also added deck lighting. They constructed a pergola out of beautiful hardwood. The deck is the best room of our house. They even bought us a hose pot to put our deck house in.

Avil was recommended to us by a work colleague. He had done some major remodeling for them. We went to their house to see his work and were impressed.

We had plans drawn up and gave them to multiple contractors to bid on. We decided on Avil because he was competitive in his bidding, but also because he added suggestions that we had not thought of and was easy to talk to and responsive. He was open to us purchasing items ourselves and he would install them.

They started on time and worked most days until completion. They meet with the city inspectors and pass all inspections. The crew were always on time and worked a full day. They left the job site clean. They were flexible with changes we added.

Avil looked after our dog when he was on site who loves him. The whole experience went a lot easier than we though an addition would be. The standard of workmanship was excellent and he customize things for us as we went along. The work was completed on time and on budget apart from things that we added.

Avil's greatest attribute apart from the quality of his and his workers product, is that he listens and is flexible when working with you. He will stand behind his work.

When we stepped on our bedroom carpet and heard a squishing sound, we realized that water had been coming in through our French doors. Avil had been recommended by a friend, so we called and asked him to assess the damage. It turned out that the bottom of the door frame was rotted out, so the doors would have to be removed and a new frame installed. Avil and his assistant carefully removed the doors and frame, but couldn't avoid taking out a narrow strip of exterior stucco in the process. They repaired and painted the stucco, installed and painted the new door frame, and hung the doors. Avil warned us that French doors tend to leak, so after the work was done, my husband installed a rain gutter above the doors and applied a little bit of caulking at what had been the leaky spot. That was 6 months ago, and despite the rainy Spring, we've had no further problems. Well done, CA Builders!

As for that wobbly spigot, we were concerned that it might indicate a problem inside the wall. The guys knocked out the stucco surrounding the pipe and stabilized the fixture. Again, they replaced and repainted the stucco. It's been good and solid ever since.

Overall, we were very happy with the courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working CA Builders team.
