CALIFORNIA SUN RAY POOLS

TERRIBLE!!! WORSE THAN WHEN WE STARTED WITH HIM!!! He also bangs on the door, repeatedly rings the doorbell, and calls all phones until he gets paid, which he expects IMMEDIATELY, even before the work is through. He has NEVER actually completed anything properly, and we only gave him money to make him GO AWAY!!!

Our normal day for pool service is Friday (he picked this day, I did not). For the last four weeks he has not showed up what so ever. I have asked him for a list of all of his charges which most pool companies give you. He has refused to comply. The biggest problem is that I have asked him for communication. I have asked him several times to respectfully call me if he is detained or cannot show at all. I have always initiated the calls and he has continued to ignore them. His 1/3 page ad in the yellow pages is entirely inaccurate. The first line says, "Tired of the rest, now try the best!" This is his lead line. Then line #3 says established and trusted since 1988. Trusted people do not neglect their customers for 4 weeks. After this, there is a 10 pointed yellow blog that says... first month free special which he never mentioned or offered to honor before I hired him. When he showed up he wasn't bad, but he really dropped the ball and has left a terrible impression on me.
