I have rarely been as impressed by a service technician as I was with Howard, the Bugs A to Z technician who came to spray for bugs inside and out at my house. He was extremely professional, thorough, and accommodating.  Because I had a remodel in progress due to water damage, he suggested that he spray outside and in the garage on that day, and return to spray inside once the water damage mitigation people were done with their work. He not only sprayed for bugs, but also cleaned up cobwebs in the garage and under outdoor furniture, which was an unexpected "perk". He inspected the entire yard carefully for bugs, which was so different from past exterminators who seemed to be determined to spray and go as quickly as possible. Because of Howard, I will definitely use Bugs A to Z in the future.

After extensive research through various recommendations, including Angie's List, I decided to hire Bugs A to Z for pest service. They were friendly over the phone and the price was competitive.The technician came the next day and was personable. He said that the work was guaranteed for 30 days. A few days later I still noticed spiders on the interior and exterior of our home. I figured the chemicals just took a while to work. A couple of weeks later there were still spiders so I contacted Bugs A to Z to come out for a follow up visit. Even after the second time spraying, I'm still finding many spiders around our home. It's a shame because this company has great customer service and good prices. However, the results are not there so I will have to find another company to take care of my bugs.

I had a problem with crickets in my attic. It sounded like the rainforest every night up there. then the crickets moved into the living room and continued partying there.
I called joe who was very thorough on the phone and offered suggestions.
Joe sprayed the house, fogged the attic and sprayed the outside.
After a few days I could still hear a few crickets so I called Joe who returned on a weekend (not even his regular work day) and sprayed the entire outside again at no additional charge.
I was very impressed with his knowledge and great suggestions.
I will definitely use A to Z again, for sure.

We actually called in Bugs A to Z twice. The first time, our tech came and sprayed around corners and dark spaces with the non-toxic orange oil. After a week, when we discovered that we still had roaches, the tech returned and at no additional cost or charge, he sprayed again but this time under the refrigerator where he suspected the roaches were housed. The second spray did the job and we haven't had a roach problem since.

It was a normal business experience we called company, the lady on the other end was pleasant. she collected our information and set the appointment. the gentleman arrived with a white truck went around the house sprayed something and did his thing. gave us some tips and that was it!

It went very well. Joe, the owner, was great. He was personable, knowledgable, and thorough.

They are great. I have actually used them a number of times. The guy who owns the company is really great. He answers all my questions and seems very knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and he is always on time. When he sprays for bugs they do not come back, so I regard them very highly.

They are good. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

They are courteous. They do their job. I do not have any bugs in my house. I would recommend them. We called that afternoon, and they came out within a few hours.
