I tried the plunger, liquid plumber, boiling water, and cleaned out the u/sink clean out....that part is clear. I could use your help. I'm a repeat customer. (Name) at (address) (phone). I'm a teacher, so if I don't pick up right away, I'm teaching and will call you back between classes. Thank you. On Wed, Nov 6, 2013 at 6:25 AM, Brian, Thanks again for a job well done. As a repeat customer many times over, I am a bit surprised at the cost of this visit. Can you explain the bill? I did pay the young man, as I'm sure he is not in a position to negotiate bills. Am I being charged for after hours? If so, I called the day prior, returned a call at 10:00 to book the appointment for 3:30 and then again at 4:00 when no one showed. The young man asked me if it was okay to bring out the larger snake at a higher cost. I agreed and when he did so, this didn't work. The ultimate solution was a extra large construction boring bit that was in my son's tool box. Nonetheless, can we please work with the price? BTW...I did ask for the internet discount, which I don't see documented on the bill. Thanks for working w/me. I will keep you in mind for my kitchen remodel. I'd like to post a favorable response on Angie's list as I've done on multiple past occasions when I've used your company. Thank you. On Wed, Nov 6, 2013 at 6:31 PM, brycoplumbing <

I hope I am making sense! Anyways he spent approx 3 hours and with our labor and equipment fees it is on a average what we would charge and don't feel it is excessive considering but The last thing I want you to feel that we overcharged you what ever I can do to make you feel comfortable just let me know what you think is fair! I checked my phone log from yesterday, as I was on the phone when your guy showed up. He arrived at my door at 4:49 as I hung up as he walked in. Three hours would put him at 7:49. Is that the time reported? After he left, I cleaned up the kitchen first, then checked my email. I sent out a reply at 7:30. My son and daughter-in-law came home before 8:00. It just seems off. Do you charge by the full-hour? On Wed, Nov 6, 2013 at 9:07 PM, Brian Hafner <

Pease let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. Thank You for allowing us to serve you! Thus, I feel compelled to ask, as I do feel the fees were indeed high. In your first sentences, you indicate that there was overtime. If such were the case, this should not be if the young man wasn't already sent home for the day and the 3:30 appointment had been kept. Further, there still isn't a response to the initial request of the advertised 15% internet discount which was mentioned before the bill was tallied and also in the pursuant email. Nonetheless, I cannot take your offer for a $50 on the next visit, as I can't see the wisdom of a return visit at this juncture. I'm sure this is a case of caveat emptor. Thank you for your time. 11/19/2012 12:05 p.m., Brian Hafner wrote. Hi, If you remember we always give at least a 2 hour and you said you will just be home after 3:30 and I told you that we would see you after 3:30 which means we would be there not exactly at 3:30 it means your 2 hour window is 3:30-5:30 our normal business hours are 7:30-5:00 so If we get to a house at 4th and the work takes 2.5 hours 1 hour is regular time and 1.5 is overtime we cannot dictate how long it's going to take you had heavy sludge that the problem and as for him being already sent home for the day I don't know how you come up with this he was sent home earlier because we were waiting for 3:30 he was on a break and doesn't get of until 5:00 if he told you he was at home it's not because he was off this is what happens when people book late inin the afternoon thinking it's only going to take an hour and the job turns out to take longer because it is worse than we thought, I understand that money tight and don't feel it was an excessive charge if you would have calls on like rotor rooter it would of been $350 and above and they would have tried to sell you a new line. Anyways I don't want you to be unhappy so please tell me what you would like me to do what do you think is fair.
