Did not have valves even though I told him exactly what they were. Lied to me about the parts I had purchased that I should take it back and he has one with for $25.00 Turned out I had the right as a complete unit and paid $19.00 for the whole kit. Way overcharged. I paid him for all services and then he did not come back until I had to threaten him with legal action. Very rude.

I have hired Mirco, the owner, at least a half dozen times over the last five years.
He is absolutely reliable and superior in the service he provides.
I have had him do minor plumbing work, diagnose problems, change bathroom fixtures, install two different hot water circulators (in two different homes), and lastly install a tankless water heater.
Each and every job has been a perfect experience. I wish I could say the same for other contractors I hire. If something does not need to be changed/replaced, Mirco will not up-sell just to make more on the repair. He gives options on how to repair it, and he stands behind his work.
Mirco is fair, prompt, and leaves your home cleaner and neater than when he entered it.
I highly recommend him to my neighbors and friends and I will use his services in the future.

I have been using Mirco at Berlin Plumbing for a couple of years now. He is always great at getting back to me and very punctual. So far there has not been a plumbing job that he hasn't been able to easily fix. What I like most about Mirco is I feel he's a trustworthy person. Half of the hassle with home repairs is wondering if you're getting ripped off. I feel Mirco is a straight shooter. I will continue to call him first for all of my plumbing needs.

Mr. Exner returned my initial call within minutes. He quoted a price for the service that was significantly below the prices quoted by the other plumbers with whom I spoke, and not all of them would even quote a price over the phone. Mr. Exner committed to the next day as a service date, gave a two-hour window for arrival, and arrived just 15 minutes into that window. He was done and gone within about 15-20 minutes and all was in good order.
I would definitely recommend him and would use him again for any plumbing needs.

The original In Sink Erator, Garbage Disposal, that was installed when my condominium was built about 20 years ago, was leaking.
I called Berlin Plumbing and Mr. Exner gave me a phone estimate for installing a new one. We set a time and date for him to come out and look at it, since I also had another project to talk to him about.

• He was prompt and professional on both visits. He did the work and left the area neat and clean.
• The total was less than the original estimate.
• I was very happy with the entire experience.

We recently purchased our house, and there was a bad leak, quickly getting worse, in one of the showers. We were also told by our home inspector that all of our toilets were loose and needed their wax seals replaced and reseated. Mirco checked each of the toilets and decided two of them needed only to be tightened, but the third would need a new wax ring. He quickly disassembled the shower fixture first (it's an in-wall unit) and found one of the stems was badly worn, which he asked if I wished for it to be replaced. The other he said was in perfectly fine shape. I asked him to make the replacement, and he had the part with him. Not only did he fix the faulty stem, but he reassembled the fixture in better condition than it started! He next cinched down the two mildly loose toilets, and tackled the third which was rocking a fair bit. He made short work of picking it up and replacing the wax ring, and finished it off with a silicone seal around the base, with the warning that we weren't to use it for over 24 hours to let the seal dry.

Mirco kept everything neat, tidy, and clean, taking great care in the way he left all three bathrooms. He was incredibly professional and punctual, and a pleasure to work with. We're going to have a lot of plumbing work to do around our house in the future, and for every job, I'm going to call Berlin Plumbing!

I have used other plumbers in the area before, but keep coming back to Berlin. Mirco was, as always, professional, prompt, and very courteous.
He gave probable diagnosis over the phone, then came out and checked the plumbing/water heater system. He gave excellent recommendations on how to alleviate the problem and gave cost-saving suggestions on how to proceed.
I recommend Berlin Plumbing without hesitation. Mirco will be the only plumber I call in the future.

We were extremely pleased with Mirco's work ... from the estimate phase to the completion of the work, he was a pro and someone we will definitely call on again for our plumbing needs. We just purchased a new home and had a wide array of plumbing jobs for him to tackle ... installing new valves, putting in a water line for our fridge, lengthening the gas line for our washer/dryer, getting the washer/dryer set up and working, installing new fixtures outside the house, giving everything a once-over, etc. On the days Mirco was scheduled to be at our home he was always punctual, pleasant, and professional. He always took the time to explain the things that needed explanation or that we had questions about. All of the work he did for us was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely, professional manner. We'd highly recommend him to others and would call on him again.

Mirco arrived at exactly the time we had agreed on. He was as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. He proceeded to check the shower valve. It was a new fixture and the people who had installed it never explained to us about the fixtures features. Mirco took the time to explain and show how the fixture's safety temperature control worked. He then proceeded to check the water temperature with a handheld thermometer and checked the water heater. Within minutes he diagnosed and corrected the problem. We were delighted with the experience and will add his name to our "go-to" file.

Mirco always does a great job. He is fast, efficient and cleans up after every job. My new Price-Pfister components look fabulous.

He is a reliable plumber and his price is very reasonable. He is responsive. He was more involved than I would have expected and he would have expected. The sink is working fine now.

Great work, honest, a VERY NICE MAN . Another plumber proposed to break the wall and install a new shower with new plumbing as we did not know the brand of the shower and could not find the stem > Mirco took a picture found it on the web and got it saving us money and aggravation plus the mess of redoing the wall THE BEST!

He was here 10 minutes early. Very professional, helpful and personable. We will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs in the future.

My water heater, which is outside the house, was dripping from the clean-out valve. Mirco gave me a price and came the next day to replace the valve/faucet. As I recall, he would have come the same day, but I was not available. He was punctual, polite, did the job for the cost of the service call and the faucet. I was very pleased.

Went well. I was not present and didn't need to be. This is a solid, reliable small plumbing company that we will use again. Had to wait a few days because Berlin has many regular customers and must book about a week in advance. The price and personnel are well worth waiting a few days. I'm sure an emergency would be handled immediately.

The owner is the person you deal with from start to finish. No drama, no hassles, no hidden costs or trickery. Just a professional with expert knowledge. I was very impressed, again.

No job has ever been too big or too small. This man is our house angel. He is, honestly, the best contractor that we've ever worked with. We had several very well-reviewed plumbers from Angie's List give us estimates. One said he could not give us a bid because the job was too overwhelming -- the plumbing in our house was too vast, too ancient, too tangled. Others apologized, giving us very high ballpark bids because they couldn't confidently bid lower. Mirco, however, spent hours looking at everything in our house (even crawling underneath it) to assess the situation completely. Although, at first, his eyes widened at the challenge too, he spent the time to figure everything out (using his cool iPhone plumber's app!), accurately solving our problems and pricing everything we would need. He gave us a bid that turned out to be accurate and beyond fair -- MUCH less than the other plumbers. He stuck to this bid completely. All of the work was permitted, of course. When the inspector came, he signed off AND commented on how fantastic the work was. While our walls were open, other Angie's List contractors came to give us bids on various work, and many of them asked us who our plumber was! Mirco's also unbelievably clean and thorough, and incredibly gracious and pleasant to work with. He talked us through every single task before he did it -- even though this took a lot more of his time. He cleared exact placement of every plumbing fixture, giving us options we hadn't even though of. And when presented with impossible challenges -- like plumbing hard-to-reach places without destroying century-old woodwork, Mirco would take time to think about it, then apply his considerable intelligence towards ingenious solutions that solved the issue better than we ever thought possible. Other contractors complain about problems that seem impossible; Mirco simply solves them. Hire him -- you'll never need/want anyone else.

They were great. It was the owners wedding day but he had his assistant come out before the wedding to fix the leak because,"You have to take care of your customer." These guy are terrific, they take great pride in their work.

Everything has been great and he is excellent.
