BADGE BUSTERS-GRAPHIC RSRCS

I used this company to make $500 worth of printed T-Shirts for a client. After I got home and inspected the shirts I discovered that the color and thickness of the printing varied from shirt to shirt and was very faded on most. Many of the shirts were stained. I went back to Badge Busters and they agreed to credit me for, and take back, the obviously damaged shirts. A few weeks later I washed one for the first time and almost all of the ink cracked and peeled off. When I contacted the owner, she became VERY defensive and accused me of "abusing " the shirt (as if cold washing an inside-out shirt on a normal cycle is abusive. I worked in the garment industry for many years, I know fabrics and clothing production processes). I later contacted her son, the person that originally took my order, and he agreed to take some home and wash them. The next day I was told that the shirts were fine and Badge Busters would not admit to any defects or quality issues. Yesterday I was contacted by someone to whom I'd given one of the T-shirts and they told me that the printing had came off after the first washing. I just now got off the phone with the owner and she claims there is nothing wrong with them. She said she has washed and worn hers 6 times and it is fine. Then she hung up on me. Of course I will never do business with them ever again.
