We called them because the system would not cool. My wife called them while we were both at work. I rushed home to meet the service man and he was already in the back of my house working on it. I asked what was wrong and he said that the contactor was bad. I asked him how much it would cost to fix it and he said $400.00. I said that it was too much. He said that the service call would be charged at $125 but if I chose to go ahead with the work it would be credited towards the job. He went to his truck and came out with a replacement part and finished in 5 minutes. I looked up the price of the part on the internet and it was only $35. A couple of months later it stopped cooling again and we called them out again and a different service man came this time. He said that it was the contactor and I said that it just changed by your company not long ago. He told me that all you really have to do is open it and and clean the contacts with a small steel brush then reconnect the wires. That means that they could have done that the first time instead of replacing it.

Their pricing was expensive. The quality of the product was not good and the blower motor stopped working. They also did not give a good warrantee period and they asked me to shell out of my pocket for the repair. When I called them to complain, they just hung up on me. I had a bad experience with them.
