+ -1 moreTHE PERSON DOESN'T ALWAYS SEND HIMSELF, SOMETIMES HE SENDS SOMEONE ELSE. THE PERSON HE SENT WAS NOT THAT EXPERIENCED AND NOT AS INTERESTED AS THE OWNER WAS. IF YOU HAVE THE OWNER, IT'S FINE BECAUSE HE HAS A VESTED INTEREST.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE GUTTERS AND WORKED ON THE YARD.
