I bought a Alpine CD player and installation was included in the price. The Alpine head unit is a nice piece of equipment. However, the installation was not as good. I incorrectly took the advice of the installer to bypass the factory amps and run the speakers off of the head unit. This was a very bad recommendation. I will now go to someone else to correct the installation.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY DO THING HALF WAY AND CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH. PAID 1500 AND FOUND OUT THAT FOR WHAT I GOT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HALF THAT. CHARGED 700 FOR INSTALL (THAT WAS HORRIBLE, THERE WAS A GIRL WHO CAME IN CAUSE THEY PUT HER HEAD UNIT IT UPSIDE DOWN) WHEN A GOOD SHOP IS 200 AT MOST. WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM THEY GAVE ME SOME MORE EXPENSIVE STUFF THAT JUST RUINED WHAT I HAD IN THE CAR CAUSE IT WAS TOO POWERFUL. WOULD NEVER RCCOMEND FOR ANY REASON.

I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I ENDED UP BUYING A NEW CONTROLLER, AND THEY PROGRAMMED IT FOR FREE. THEY ALSO GAVE ME FREE BATTERIES. THE EMPLOYEES THERE WERE FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL. I BELIEVE THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND THAT MADE THE PROCESS MUCH FASTER. IT WAS MONEY WELL SPENT.
