I'm really embarrassed...

By the time I called them late in the morning, it was already almost 10:00am and their delivery men had already left. They said they would deliver the flowers "later in the afternoon". Since my wife gets off work at 4:00pm I was worried, so I asked them how late, and they said probably around 2:00pm. Sarah took my call and explained that they still had to make the basket and wait for a delivery man to come back in order to get them any earlier than that. I held my breath.
I was pleasantly surprised when my wife sent me an email at 12:11pm saying the gorgeous flowers "arrived ten minutes ago". I'm sure Sarah sensed the concern in my voice and did everything she could to get the flowers there in time for my wife to enjoy them for the entire afternoon.
I am extremely impressed with the customer service of this florist for making sure my "last minute" flower order got delivered earlier than promised!

Great find! I stopped in to quickly get some flowers for a friend. Great prices, fanciful arrangements. I had to choose between about 6 arrangements, they were all so beautiful.

They were classy and had good service. The price was unbelievable compared to any local florist that I went to. They educated me on the flowers and told me that baby's breath and carnations were never to be together. They were snobby in a very educational way. I received triple the amount of flowers that I would have gotten anywhere else. They did an amazing job. I think they did the Grammy's and The Academy Awards. They are still really well priced.

I worked with Sharon, who is one of the owners. She was a very, very sweet lady. When we met, we both went through a number of albums and picked everything out together. Sharon also came to the house made suggestions for additional colors and we went over the entire layout. They did a phenomenal job ! They did the lighting, silk drapes, lanterns, the archway and had candles everywhere which is exactly what I wanted. They made the centerpieces with orchids. They were stunning. Our home looked like a five star restuarant. The crew showed up early, set up and decorated without breaking anything. They came back the next day to tear down and did a great job. I highly recommend Mr. B's flowers for any special occasion.
