GREAT GUY!

Mike is a very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and talented computer expert. On top of that, he is very patient, kind, caring, available, and gets the job done. When I call, he answers the phone. And the one or two times he was not available to answer, he called me back within minutes. Evenings and weekends, too. Truly remarkable.

The recent project I had Mike help me with is very complex, with a number of moving parts. I had spent quite a few hours attempting to figure it out myself, but Windows 8 was making me want to pull my hair out, as well as throw the computer out the window. When I called Mike and told him what was going on, he set up a remote session--where he can log in to my computer screen and work with me--for that same day. He helped me figure out what I needed to do, and then showed me exactly how to do it. As I continued to work on this project, other questions came up, resulting in numerous calls to Mike--over the weekend--and he made himself available, never causing me to feel like I was bothering him. He was a lifesaver for me on this project, and I will always be grateful.

I have found my go-to computer service. You will not find a better value, anywhere. I recommend Mike Castro for all of your computer needs without hesitation. If there was a higher rating than A+, I would give it to him.
