Lidia's House Cleaning

Lidia is the BEST! She’s been cleaning our house for over three years. I feel terrible that’s it’s taken me so long to write a review. I’ve hired other companies and was always disappointed. Lidia goes above and beyond expectations, treating your things like they are her own. She’s practically family.

Lidia and her crew were amazing! They arrived on time and cleaned our house better than anyone has ever cleaned it. They were incredibly thorough - vacuuming curtains, dusting blinds, etc. We were very happy with the service and plan to have them start coming biweekly!

Lidia and her crew work hard and do a great job. She is detail oriented and a enjoyable person to have in my home. I have been through a few different services over the years and she is by far the best of the best.

It went very well. Lidia and her crew of two arrived on time and went to work right away. I was grateful that Lidia spoke English. She and two assistants worked for almost eight hours and cleaned from ceilings to baseboards and all things in between. Much to my surprise even the little things that never got attention from other cleaning services I had employed in the past, like the inside of the shower head, now sparkles and even my cosmetic caddy got cleaned. I am a very satisfied customer and will contract with Lidia on a regular basis.

I was hesitant to hire a house cleaner. In my limited experience with a house cleaner in the past, I cleaned up after her once she left. And as I read about house cleaners, there are so many things they don't want to do. On Lidia's first visit, she did everything that I read that other house cleaners won't, from hopping on a ladder to clean up cobwebs to washing the windows and so much more. I was astounded at how much energy went in to the first visit. I haven't been around much for her visits since then yet I am always excited when I come home after her visit. The only minor concern I ever had was some cleaning residue on stainless steel appliances. Once I pointed it out, it's never happened again. Perfectly handled. I highly recommend her and am grateful to have found her.

Lidia is professional, meeting all appointments, and quality work.  The house has never looked better (it practically sparkles)  and the blinds, shutters and baseboards are dirt free.  Two blinds were in especially bad shape and they are beautiful now.  They worked steadily without a break from 8 am to 5:30 PM.  I will use Lidia, again and recommend her unconditionally.

She charges $125 per visit. She is excellent. She is the best.

We called Lidia to have our house cleaned. She came out and reviewed the work to be done and she quoted a price which we agreed to. We set up an appointment to have the work done and on the date selected, she and a co-worker showed up at our house promptly at the time agreed upon. They brought their own supplies and began cleaning the house from top to bottom. They dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, tiles, sinks, floors, and everything in the house. They cleaned windows and walls, ceiling fans, stove, and furniture. When they were finished the house was spotless. We feel the price was very fair considering all they work they did. We couldn't be happier and will not hesitate to use them again.

Stop reading these reviews and pick up the phone to call Lidia.  She is the real deal. It may require leaving one or even two messages to get a call back -- but don't let that discourage you.  Lidia and her partner arrived at 7am on a Sunday and worked 8+ hours non-stop.  I now know the difference between a cleaning lady and a professional house cleaner. Lidia is a professional house cleaner.  Impeccable.  I highly recommend.

Lidia and her assistant deep cleaned our entire house.  We are very happy with the excellent and thorough cleaning.  It went very well and we will continue to have Lidia and her assistant clean our house.

My late uncle left me his previous house after he died of cancer. Although I was sad, I was also elated to hear the news. My family and I live in a small apartment and having a place on our own is really something good to hear. Problem is my late uncle never lived in that house. Thus, there would be a lot of dust, dirt, cob webs and trash.
 
Good thing, Lidia's House Cleaning came to the rescue. I called them beforehand and explained to them my situation. Fortunately, we were able to agree on a price and date for cleaning my late uncle?s or soon to be our home. 
And honestly speaking, we were blown away by the way they clean. Everything is given a thorough and full clean. They didn?t cut any corners. Moreover, the cleaners were friendly and nice. It was a great pleasure to work with them. We were so happy that my family decided to call them at least once a month to do proper cleaning at our new home.

It was ok. She had an attitude. She kind of gossiped. She was on time and completed.

I am lucky to have Lidia and her teammate for biweekly housecleaning. I have had six or seven housekeepers/services over the years, and she is by far the best.

First of all, she is completely reliable and consistent. She gave us a one-hour window in which she would arrive, and she has never missed that window. We have a regular time every two weeks, and I can count on her to come at that time like clockwork, without any additional communication. That is huge.

Second, her cleaning standards are high, and she is thorough and fast, but careful. Nothing ever broken or scratched or lost. She brings her own cleaning supplies, and works independently, needing almost no direction or assistance.

Third, she is very clear in her communication, and lets you know her own expectations on your first meeting so that there is no misunderstanding. Her preference at our own house was to start with a top to bottom deep cleaning, and she convinced us (her cleaning standards might be a little higher than mine, but that's a good thing).

Finally, her pricing is extremely competitive. Many independent housekeepers price themselves disturbingly low, and many housekeeping services price themselves way too high for an ongoing relationship. For me, Lidia is priced just right.

Lidia loves to clean, and makes our home look like a hotel. I hope I can keep her for many years to come.

They were very good.

I had broken my arm and we needed some help keeping our townhome up. Lidia and her team always did a fantastic job cleaning. It started with a thorough deep clean and then we switched to bi-weekly cleaning. My arm is better so we are taking back over but will be bringing Lidia back for the occasional deep clean. I would highly recommend using her service.

they arrived on time and cleaned my entire apartment, including my custom installed blinds in my living room. I left my apartment to take care of some business and when I arrived back home at 2 Lidia was just finishing up. She was smiling when I left and smiling when I returned. I was really happy with the results and the house smelled amazing. I will continue to use them in the future. I do not like cleaning and because I have a bad back it would have taken me all day to do what Lidia and her crew did in 5 hours. Job well done!!!!!

Lidia and her team of 3 clean have been cleaning my house weekly for approximately 3 months and I'm grateful to have found them. We have a regularly scheduled appointment and they show up reliably. My house is approximately 3,000 sq ft and the 3 ladies take approximately 2 hours to clean it. They dust, vacuum, mop, clean 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. They do a great job and get in and out quickly. Initially Lidia came, walked through the house and gave me a free estimate. She asked what I wanted done and I thought the price for their services was extremely fair. I would recommend Lidia's cleaning service and I have. She also cleans my niece's 2000+ sq ft house.
