GREENWAY LANDSCAPING

During the first visit he did not complete the weeding or sprinkler adjustments, but said that he would do so at the next visit.  I had him come the next week (rather than 2 weeks later) to finish the "catch-up" and establish the regular 2-week intervals.  At the second visit, he informed me that my "special" grass required mowing every week and that I now needed to pay him $120/month.  I questioned the change and he started to get angry. I pointed out that he was the gardener and that if he couldn't size the job then who could?   I said that if I paid him the $120, then  I wanted to make sure that his guys did a good job and that I wouldnt have to keep checking their work (i.e. they almost forgot to do any weeding at all the first week) and that there would be no more pricing surprises..  At that point, he got very angry and said that I was asking for too much.  He finished the second week 's work and I paid him. That is my experience with the very tempermental Mr. Chuck Le.  A big pain for a mediocre result.
