House Cleaning
They left a huge stain in my carpet and didn't clean anything to my liking. I gave her $1000 upfront and she gave me a receipt. This was money for the services I would need when I got home. I have given them another $1000 since then. I think she took advantage of me. I told her I wanted my money back and that what she was telling me didn't sound right. She’s been avoiding me, and the company won’t return my calls. The company did send a letter and the lady at the company did say I’d get my money back within a few weeks, but that was months ago. She only picks up the phone when I call from a random number. I’ve told them multiple times that I want my money back. I get lots of stories, a pack of lies, from them. The company is no good.
