We hired D Ortiz Electrical because we were having trouble with our plugs. Daniel was very professional and on time. He explained everything to our understanding. He updated our GFCI in our kitchen and bathroom and updated our outlets. We also had him install 1 ceiling fan. I would highly recommend and hire Daniel for any electrical work. Highly satisfied.

The job required changing the fuse in the fuse box. He was polite and professional. I would call him again.

Daniel and his associate were punctual and friendly. They prepared their work area, moved and covered a bed with care. They Identified the problem, explained it to me in plain language, and answered all of my questions. Then they got right to work restoring the connections and making sure the ceiling fan was fully functional. I really appreciate the care Daniel and Felipe took replacing the bed and 2 end tables to their original positions. Customer care and assurance is clearly a top priority at Ortiz Electric.

Daniel has done two jobs at my home. Daniel and his colleague did a great job both times! Each time he was very communicative and followed up nicely. The first time he installed lighting fixtures. I then decided to do recessed lighting instead. Before he returned to do the job, we discussed the kinds of fixtures and placement. His follow up and communication was great throughout. He completed the job and I was extremely satisfied with how it turned out.
