It went very well and the service was excellent. The job was done in 15 mins.

I have been using Cook's for years ever since both our insurance company and car dealership recommended them. They do quality work at very competitive prices. Even when I'm getting touch up work done that isn't through insurance, they treat me very well and fairly.
I know that they will do the job right the first time.

Close to home so I went there for estimate for my side-view mirrow. Decided it was fair so I called and told them to go ahead. Called three times and was told excuses for the job not being completed. They never returned my calls and the manager was the same after c/o to him. No sir, will go somewhere else.

I drove over to Cook's and was lucky to meet a nice young rep named John Parker. John was polite, knowledgeable, and knew how to explain all of the procedures. He understands the insurance language, and he understands how Cook's operates. Mr. Parker was the fellow who phoned me to keep me aware of how the repairs were progressing. Since the repairs would take several days, he recommended that I obtain a rental car. There is an Enterprise office about a block and a half away. They came and picked me up. Very good, polite representatives there, too. My insurance coverage was explained to me, and I signed up -- that's at Cook's. Very good
reps and service also at the Enterprise in spite of the fact that Enterprise was completely busy -- as was Cook's Corner.
