I called Carpet Solutions after reading reviews on Yelp - (I was not a member of Angie's List at the time). My carpets were badly stained from my dog, and hadn't been cleaned in years. I spoke with John, the owner, and he assured me that he would do his best with the stains. I was able to get an appointment within a few days, and his guys arrived on time (calling first to let me know within 30 min.).
They were courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job! I couldn't believe how beautiful the carpets looked after such old, awful stains. I was very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning!
