He checked the small stuff first, dash wiring connections etc, just in case - versus automatically assuming worst case scenario. His final diagnosis was spot on and he showed me the part he replaced and I can 100% confirm that it needed to be replaced.
He has worked on our 1999 Buick Century in the past, always figuring out the issue that needed to be fixed and one's that did not - in other words...HONEST! Even to the point when all the diagnosis showed everything was fine but yet there was still a problem. Having been in the auto restoration world for the past 30+ years myself it was very nice to find Chuck. He's very easy going, extremely knowledgeable, and he CARES about getting it right. A true car guy with that 'car sense' thing - rare.
All the repairs he has performed have always been done correctly and on time or or ahead of the estimated delivery time. So, if our car needs works in the future, which I'm sure it will, who am I gonna call?...I think you know!
