+ -1 moreStarted a mouth ago, set appointment to fix it, canceled 1 hour before there set time, then took anouther week to set new appointment, came and had to order parts,and 2 weeks later they finally got them, but only after calls to fined out if they had parts, the insurance company had to call them finally got parts and set appointment, gave us a 11,00 to 3,00 window ,that morning, they called wanted to change to 9.00 to 11,00, no one was home untill 10.30, Accord said ok, got call at work at 9,55, saying the repair guy didn't feel like waiting and they said would have to make anouther appointment for a different day, insurance company complaint department is now dealing with them. We will never use again,

Description of Work: Curtis buys used refrigerators and other large appliances, fixes them, sells them and delivers them. He's got some real bargains. I moved into an apartment temporarily so I didn't want to spend a lot on a fridge that would fit the tight specs the apartment gave me. I got a 22 cubic foot refrigerator that was in perfect working order for $150 from Curtis. We arranged for delivery on a Saturday and he called in advance the day before. Chatting with him on the phone, I realized that I could fit the fridge I already owned into the space. Curtis righteously returned my $150 without complaint. I offered him $20 for the trouble I'd put him through but he wouldn't take it. It took a while but I got my money back. If you're in the valley and need a used appliance cheap, he's the man I would go to.
