Their service was excellent. I liked his customer service. He was always very prompt and seemed very interested in my needs. He was very honest and factual about what the problems were and he had good follow up.

Over the phone I describe everything to them. They came out and called early in the day and said he was sick and rescheduled for the next day. When he showed up he was rude and he blew the line and took over the grill under the A/C and complained from the first guys work and told me that I needed a plumber and the first A/C guy. I was amazed because it didn't seem right to me and charged me $95.00. He called back later and said he had to charge me for the service call fee. I said ok, but was still confused. Then I called the plumber and he said they don't work with condensation lines. The A/C company came out and said when they replaced the heater they did not replace the coil. I called around and they all agreed. He said we would replace the coil and put in a pump. I called them back and told them what the second company did. I told him that I wanted my money back.
Response from ABSOLUTE AIR
"Another company installed a new furnace. She said she did not use her AC for over a year and did not know it was leaking. I came out and saw the situation and tried to clear line, removed lower grille and saw line going into drain for bathtub. I said you need a plumber. I guess she did not believe me and did not want to call the first company back who installed furnace drain. Why not? The member uses a company, then uses another company, then bad mouths company. If she continues to “wine” what should I do? I had been in business since 1983 with only a few unhappy customers. Can’t please them all."

My heating system works very nicely except for the bedroom where it is much, much colder for some reason. Ed seemed to think much of the problem had to do with fact that house is from 1950, has plaster walls with no insulation and big bay window with single pane, and two exposed walls. Felt no need to re-do duct system. He suggested space heater and maybe new double pane windows in bedroom.
